In order to participate in the Referral Program you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the general terms and conditions that apply to your Account. These Terms constitutes the entire Terms and extinguishes all previous Terms, promises, assurances, and understandings whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. 2. You are required to be over eighteen (18) years old and have either a Binary Options account or MT4 account with Hirose Financial UK. 3. This program will run from 00:00 GMT on 01st October 2016 until 24:00 GMT on 31 st October We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notification. Such amendments shall become effective and in force immediately upon being posted in this Terms section of our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms on a regular basis (particularly in the end of a calendar month when we periodically update the Terms). You will be notified of material changes to the Terms on Hirose News on the home page of our Website at before they come into effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change or update has been made to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of such change or update. How to refer your friends to Hirose Financial UK 5. There are 2 (two) ways to refer your friends to us: A. Ask your friends to open a Binary Account with us via your Referral Link. When you open a MT4 or Binary Options account with Hirose Financial UK, you will receive an with your personal referral link within two business days of opening an account with us (For the avoidance of doubt the account opening means the activation of your MT4 or Binary Options account. We need to review a copy of your identification

2 and proof of address in order for us to activate your account. For more details on the account opening, please click here.) B. Alternatively, send your friend s full name, address, and phone number to info@hiroseuk.com before your friends have opened a Binary Account with us. Please kindly note that your referrals will not be counted unless you have completed the Step A or B above. Bonus Credit Related Conditions 6. A Referral Bonus credit will be credited into your trading account within 2-3 business days of your friend having opened a Binary Options account with Hirose Financial UK and made at least one trade in Binary Options account. The Referral Bonus will Not be credited into your trading account unless your friend completed both the account opening and at least one trade within 1 (One) month of the date of your referral detailed in Pt. 5 above. 7. You will receive an extra commission for $10 ( 6) in accordance with the table below. For example, the third friend of yours who have completed the conditions in Pt. 6 above, you will receive an additional commission. Please note that the extra commissions will be processed in the beginning of a calendar month, and therefore, you will be given the extra commission in the 2 nd week of the next month. In order for you to receive the extra commission (apart from the regular Referral Bonus), your friend must complete the account opening and at least one trade in Binary Options account within the Referral Program period indicated in Pt. 3.

Please note that Hirose Financial UK reserves the right to remove the referral bonuses in 6 and 7 above if any of the following conditions apply to your account; 1) You have not made any deposits into your Binary Options account within 3 months of receiving the bonus. 2) You have not fulfilled the trading conditions stated under the Withdrawal Conditions within 3 months of receiving the bonus. Withdrawal Related Conditions 9. The Bonus and Profits can be withdrawn at any time after you have completed the trading requirement of 20 times of your total bonus amount and have made a minimum deposit via any payment methods which we accept in order for us to identify where we should return your funds. For Example: 1) You receive $20 ($10 x 2 friends referred) for the bonus. 2) You make a profit of $20 3) You need to trade more than $400 ($20 bonus x 20 times) make a deposit of at least $20 to be able to withdraw the bonus and profits.

4 10. Accounts funded via Credit / Debit Card, Wire Transfer, Skrill or Neteller are subject to receiving withdrawals back to the source from which they came. Please be advised that for Credit and Debit cards we may only be able to remit up to the amount you have deposited and will send any excess back to your bank account. In such cases, we will contact you separately and return excess funds back to your bank account. Notes: 11. Should your friend have registered with Hirose Financial UK as a client prior to your Referral, he/she will not be eligible as your referral. 12. The Referral program is not eligible for individuals who are living in the same household. 13. The Bonus will be given to you in accordance with the base currency of your trading account. (10 USD for USD accounts; 6 GBP for GBP accounts; 8 EUR for EUR accounts) 14. Please note 2 (two) points below regarding Referral Link usage: 1 2 Referral Link only contains necessary information, and there may be some limitations in its usage. Please refrain from posting the Referral Link on any inappropriate sites. Should we find any misuse of our Referral Link, your Referral Program will be terminated. 15. If you have not received your Referral Link within 5 business days of opening an account, please notify us by submitting a Contact Us form. 16. We reserve the right to exclude you from this promotion if we believe you have tried to benefit from fraudulent activities or your actions have breached any good faith of this promotion. 17. We may use the information that you provide us during the application process to provide you with information about our products and services. 5 18. We are under no obligation to accept anyone as a client of Hirose Financial UK. 19. Hirose Financial UK reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any amendment will be notified to you on our website and by continuing to use our website and services you accept any such modified terms. 20. This program will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. 21. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term or condition shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms and conditions, be deemed omitted from this Program and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. 22. If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a foreign language then the English version shall prevail if any inconsistency exists. 23. Trading in Binary Options carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may sustain a loss of some or all of your investment.
