1 ATFX Rebate Promotion TERMS & CONDITIONS June 2018

2 Introduction ATFX is a trading name of AT Global Markets Limited (registration number IBC 2017). ATFX is an International Business Company in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Registered address is: the Financial Services Centre, Stoney Ground, Kingstown, St. Vincent & the Grenadines. ATFX is running the ATFX Rebate Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") and invites all the Clients of ATFX to participate. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") as these are set out below. 1. Interpretation of Terms 1.1 In these Rebate Promotion, the following words shall have the following meaning: "Account" shall mean a trading account designated by the Client Portal in ATFX for the purposes of these Terms. "Active Period" shall mean a 30 (thirty) consecutive calendar days period which starts to run from the day of the first deposit made by the Client. "Level" shall mean the Rebate which the Client is eligible to receive subject to Maximum Payouts as per the applicable Level(s) in the Table below herein. It is further understood that the Rebate shall be provided in the form of cash back to the Client s Account and will be available either for withdrawal or can be used for trading purposes. "Maximum Available Rebate Level" shall mean the rebate level the Client is allocated in accordance to his/her First Deposit. "Maximum Payout" shall mean the amount of money that the Client may get from Rebates depending on the Client s Level. "Minimum Account Activation Deposit" shall mean the minimum deposit that Client needs to deposit to start trading on his/her trading account. "First Deposit" shall mean the first deposit made by the Client, following the acceptance of these Rebate Promotion T&Cs. "Standard Terms of Business" shall mean the Terms and Conditions entered into by the Client and ATFX that govern all trading activity of the Client with ATFX. "Promotion Period" shall mean from the 14 th June 2018 (12:00) to the 13 th September 2018 (11:59) (inclusive). 1.2 Any words whose meaning is not defined herein shall have the meaning provided in the Standard Terms of Business. 1.3 Times mentioned herein shall mean GMT +8 as applicable. 2. Eligibility Criteria 2.1 To participate in this Promotion, you must meet the following requirements: (a) You are a newly registered and approved Client of ATFX from the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos, Taiwan and South Korea during the Promotion Period, eligible to trade in accordance to, and have agreed to, the Standard Terms of Business; (b) Run a live trading account (meaning, not a "demo" account) with ATFX as per the applicable Minimum Account Activation Deposit and/or other requirements of ATFX, and subject to the present the Terms of this Rebate Promotion; (c) Read and Accept the Terms of this Rebate Promotion;

3 (d) Make deposit(s) following b), c) above; (e) Do not participate in any other active promotion of ATFX (except US$100 Welcome Credit). 3. Duration 3.1 The Promotion Period starts from 12:00 on the 14 th of June 2018 until 11:59 on the 13 th of September Specific Program Terms 4.1 These Rebate Promotion T&Cs are applicable to CFDs, Forex, precious metals, commodities and indices (cryptocurrencies CFDs are excluded). 4.2 The Promotion Terms are applicable to the MT4 Standard accounts only. 4.3 The Client by accepting these Rebate Promotion T&Cs shall be eligible to receive a rebate (hereinafter referred to as the "Rebate") in accordance with these Rebate Promotion T&Cs. Rebate shall be calculated in accordance with the Client's Level within the Active Period. 4.4 The Levels below are determined by the First Deposit made and the total amount of net deposit (excluded withdraw) within 24 hours. It is further understood and accepted by the Client that ATFX shall take into consideration the Client's Current First Deposit and the Maximum Payout for existing Clients. First Deposit Rebate (cash back) per full completed lot Frequency of the Rebate transfer(s) to Client's Account Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4 Level 5 From US$1.00 From $1, From $2, From $5, Above UP to US$1, UP to US$2, UP to US$5, UP to US$10, US$10, US$1 US$2 US$3 US $4 US $5 Maximum Payout US$100 US$200 US$750 US$1,500 US$2, The Maximum Payout with the progress of the Promotion event reflected the level of deposit or current earned payout of the Client shall be displayed in the Client Portal of ATFX after the First Deposit of the Client has been processed. 4.6 Subject to the volume traded by the Client in the Account, the Client shall receive the Rebate of US$1/ US$2/ US$3/ US$4/ US$5 per full completed lot. 4.7 For the purposes of the present Rebate Promotion T&Cs and in relation to the Rebates Timeline Active Period and Client s Level: "Level 1" applies where the First Deposit is from US$1.00 to US$1, The Client who falls within Level 1 shall receive to the Account the Rebate of US$1 per full completed lot; Maximum Payout being US$100. "Level 2" applies where the First Deposit is from US$1, to US$2, The Client who falls within Level 2 shall receive to the Account the Rebate of US$2 per full completed lot; Maximum Payout being US$300.

4 "Level 3" applies where First Deposit is from US$2, to US$5, The Client who falls within Level 3 shall receive to the Account the Rebate of US$3 per full completed lot; Maximum Payout being US$750. "Level 4" applies where the First Deposit is from US$5, to US$10, The Clients who falls within Level 4 shall receive to the Account the Rebate of US$4 per full completed lot; Maximum Payout being US$1,500. "Level 5" applies where First Deposit is above US$10, The Client who falls within Level 5 shall receive to the Account the Rebate of US$5 per full completed lot; Maximum Payout being US$2,500. Examples below: A. Mr. A deposited US$5,000 on the 20 th June 2018, having accepted the Rebate Promotion T&Cs. He falls within Level 3. Consequently, Mr. A is eligible to receive up to a Maximum Payout of US$750. Mr. A traded 100 lots during 30 days, and will thus receive US$300 in his Account (calculated as follows: US$3 multiplied by 100 lots traded), which he can withdraw or use to trade. B. Mr. B Client deposited US$12,000 on the 28 th June 2018, having accepted the Rebate Promotion T&Cs and designated in Client Portal of ATFX, for the purposes of this Promotion. He falls within Level 5. Consequently, Mr. B is eligible to receive up to a Maximum Payout of US$2,500. Mr. B traded 150 lots during 30 days, and will thus receive US$750 in his Account (calculated as follows: US$5 multiplied by 150 lots traded), which he can withdraw or use to trade. Mr. B has closed 30 lots of position on the 35 th day. However, he will not receive any rebate from the 30 lots. 5. Miscellaneous 5.1 The Client's withdrawal requests shall be processed normally during the Active Period mentioned in clause 1.1 above herein subject to the Standard Terms of Business. 5.2 Only positions that were opened and closed during the promotion period mentioned in clause 2.1 above herein will be eligible in accordance with the current Rebate Promotion T&Cs. 5.3 ATFX, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall have the right to approve and/or exclude Clients of Introducing Brokers of ATFX as these may participate in accordance with the current Rebate Promotion T&Cs. 5.4 In the event that any dispute and/or misrepresentation is made in relation to the above applicable Terms, such dispute and/or misrepresentation shall be resolved by ATFX, acting in good faith and as it shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, be deemed fit and proper. ATFX's decision shall be final and binding. 5.5 ATFX has the right to disqualify any Client who has accepted the current Rebate Promotion T&Cs if: (a) A breach of these Terms and/or any term of the Standard Terms of Business occurs; (b) ATFX has reasonable grounds to believe there is a valid misuse of this Promotion; (c) The Client acts in bad faith and/or abusively and/or fraudulently and/or in a manner that is not in line with this Promotion and its applicable Terms; 5.6 ATFX has the right to alter these Terms at its absolute discretion and to suspend and/or terminate the Promotion if its continuation is rendered impossible due to extraordinary

5 circumstances beyond the control of ATFX (natural disasters, political conflicts etc.). 5.7 By accepting the current Terms, the Client acknowledges that he/she has read and agreed to be bound by these Terms together with the Standard Terms of Business as well as to all other Business terms and conditions as these may be applicable and/or amended from time to time. 5.8 Notwithstanding the translated language of this document, the English wording shall be the binding version in the event of any discrepancy between the two languages.
