1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS BIG START 1 - OFFER AT TRAVELOKA WITH HSBC CREDIT CARDS PROMOTION (This Terms and Conditions takes effective from 01 Jan 2019) Customer is advised to note that participating in the Promotion program/ accepting the promotional benefits offered by the program shall means that Customer has read, understood and accepted this Terms and Conditions. 1. The Big Start 1 - Offer at Traveloka with HSBC Credit Cards Promotion ( Promotion ) is applied at all branches and transaction offices of HSBC Bank Vietnam and shall be effective from 01 January 2019 to 30 June 2019 ( Promotion Period ). 2. Promotion is applicable for customers who meet the following requirements ( Eligible Cardholders ): 2.1 HSBC cardholders who are holding the following credit cards issued by HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. ( HSBC or Bank ) in Vietnam: - HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card - HSBC Visa Cash Back Credit Card - HSBC Visa Classic Credit Card (These credit cards shall be referred to as HSBC Credit Cards or Cards ) 2.2 Holding Traveloka membership accounts at Traveloka Application ( Traveloka ) Note: - The Promotion is not applicable for HSBC Business Credit Card and HSBC Premier World Mastercard Credit Card - Cardholders will not eligible for this Promotion if his/her Credit Card is delinquent, blocked, or inactive at HSBC. 3. 3 Promotion Period: There are six (6) promotional months and one hundred and three (103) promotional days from 9:00 AM on each (from Monday to Thursday every week, based on Vietnam Time GMT+7 and Traveloka system) during the Promotion Period. 3.2 How to enjoy the Offer: - At the payment stage, the Eligible Cardholder is required to choose payment method by HSBC Card and input Promotion Code to enjoy the Offer. The Discount (if applicable) shall be displayed automatically before Cardholder makes payment. 3.3 Eligible Cardholder (using 1 phone number, 1 , 1 HSBC Card, and 1 device) is entitled to enjoy the Offer one (01) time for hotel booking and one (01) time for flight booking during each. 3.4 Eligible Cardholders may not receive the Offer if the Offers allocated for each Promotion Day have run out. 3.5 The Promotion is applicable to: All pre-paid hotels and destinations All room types, depending on each hotel s policy All airlines Domestic flights within Vietnam and for international flights with Vietnam as the arrival or departure country Transactions in VND Bookings made on Traveloka Application (version or later on Android and ios) 3.6 The Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with other promotions of Traveloka. 3.7 The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 3.8 Offer is not applicable for payments made directly at hotels. 3.9 Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified customers who are deemed to have violated the promotion Terms and Conditions or have misused the Offer, from using future Traveloka Offer. Misuse of promotion is defined as any event in which Traveloka has evidences that the use of the Promotion was in error, fraudulent or done for commercial gain Traveloka shall not be liable to offer a replacement for discounts or promotion codes that are discontinued, cancelled whether due to fraud or used improperly. 4 3.11 Purchases at Traveloka will be subject to terms and conditions of Traveloka. All matters relate to the hotel and flight booking at Traveloka, please contact Traveloka for consultant. Other matters relate to Promotion, please contact HSBC for resolving. Hotline Traveloka: Contact Center (operate daily from 8AM to 10PM): (84 28) (the South) or (84 24) (the North) 3.12 Promotion details of the Program will be posted on and Traveloka from 01 January 2019 onwards The Cardholders may be requested by HSBC to provide the financial invoice and relevant supporting documents to prove that the transaction is eligible. In case that the Cardholder does not or fails to prove that the transaction is eligible, he/ she shall not enjoy the Promotion. 4. In case of any dispute related to this Promotion, Traveloka and HSBC shall resolve disputes in co-operation with the customer. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese laws. 5. These Terms and Conditions can be amended at any time by Traveloka and HSBC. After completing necessary procedures as required by law, the adjustment will be updated on website of HSBC and Traveloka before applied date. 6. These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and Vietnamese versions. The Happy Weekend Offer at Traveloka with HSBC Credit Cards Promotion (the Promotion ) is applied at Traveloka and takes effect from 01 March 2019 to 30 June 2019 (the Promotion Period ) 2. This Promotion is applicable for customers who satisfy any and all the following conditions: ("Eligible Customer") 2.1 Promotion is applicable for HSBC cardholders who are holding the following credit cards issued by HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. ( HSBC or Bank ) in Vietnam: - HSBC Premier World Mastercard Credit Card - HSBC Visa Platinum Credit Card - HSBC Visa Cash Back Credit Card - HSBC Visa Classic Credit Card (These credit cards shall be referred to as HSBC Credit Cards or Cards ) 2.2 Holding Traveloka membership accounts ( Traveloka ) 3. This Promotion shall not apply for: - The Promotion is not applicable for HSBC Corporate Credit Card. - Cardholders will not eligible for this Promotion if his/her Credit Card is delinquent, blocked. Note: Cardholders with card yet to be activated will have to activate their Cards prior to purchase. 4. Details of the Promotion: 4.1 Offer details ( Offer ): Offer Details Promotion Code Quantity 1: Get Promo Code HSBCHW3 equivalent to 10% off, maximum VND 200,000 applicable to hotel booking of at least VND 1,200,000 at Traveloka application with HSBC Applicable for the first 240 Eligible Cardholders on each Promotional Week Credit Cards ( Hotel Offer ) 2: Get Promo Code HSBCHW2 equivalent to 5% off Applicable for the first 105 (maximum VND 400,000 on each bill) with minimum Eligible Cardholders on PUBLIC - Issued by HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. 5

6 transaction of at least VND 2, for Combo flight and hotel booking at Traveloka with HSBC Credit Cards ( Combo Offer ) each Promotional Week 4.2 Promotion Period: Hotel and flight booking period: Applicable from 9:00 AM Friday to 11:59 PM Sunday every week ( Promotional Week ) during Promotion Period, based on Vietnam Time GMT+7 and Traveloka system. Stay and flight period: From 9:00 AM 01 March 2019 to 11:59 PM 31 August How to enjoy the Offer: - Step 1: For Hotel Offer: Cardholder books the eligible hotels at Hotels section at Traveloka. For Combo Offer: Cardholder books eligible flights and hotels at Flight + Hotel section at Traveloka. - Step 2: At the payment stage, the Eligible Cardholder is required to choose payment method by HSBC Card and input Promotion Code to enjoy the Offer. The Discount (if applicable) shall be displayed automatically before Cardholder makes payment. 4.4 Eligible Cardholder (using 1 phone number, 1 , 1 HSBC Card, and 1 device) is entitled to enjoy the Offer maximum one (01) time for Promo Code HSBCHW3 and one (01) time for Promo Code HSBCHW2 during each Promotional Week. 4.5 Eligible Cardholders may not receive the Offer if the Offers allocated for each Promotional Week run out. 4.6 Any remaining Offers from the previous Promotional Week will be accumulated for the following Promotional Week. 4.7 Hotel Offer: Is valid for all hotel and room types, depending on each hotel s policy. Is valid only for bookings done through Traveloka application (version or later on Android and ios). Does not apply to Pay At Hotel payment option. 4.8 Combo Offer: Is valid for booking combo hotel and flight at Flight + Hotel section on Traveloka. Is valid for all airlines, all flight routes, all hotel and room types, depending on each hotel s policy. Is not valid for separate flight or hotel reservations. 7 Is valid for reservations at Flight + Hotel through Traveloka Application with minimum version from or above (Android) or through Traveloka website. All matters relate to the hotel or Combo hotel and flight booking at Traveloka, please contact Traveloka for consultant. Other matters relate to Promotion, please contact HSBC for resolving. In case that the Cardholder does not or fails to prove that the transaction is eligible, he/she shall not enjoy the Promotion. 5. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, Traveloka and HSBC shall resolve disputes in co-operation with customers. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved at the competent courts in accordance with Vietnamese laws. 6. This Terms and Conditions shall be applied simultaneously with terms and conditions of Credit Card Cardholder Agreement. 7. This Terms and Conditions is subject to changes at any time as HSBC and Traveloka may deem fit.
