3 Introduction Worcester Funeral Service is a fully independent, family owned funeral directors, led by Funeral Director Craig Smith. Craig has 10 years experience in the funeral business, having worked for both large and small companies, and has a natural ability to put people at ease and to comfort and speak easily with families at a very difficult time. We regard it as an honour to be able to assist families at such an important time and with this in mind, formed Worcester Funeral Service to provide the best client care in Worcester and all surrounding areas. We are always here to offer support and advice in a professional and courteous manner, from the moment you first call upon us until well after services are completed. To us attention to detail is everything. Craig believes that the care and compassion shown to the family or friends of a loved one is of the highest importance. 10 The Breakdown of Our Fees Our funeral prices are made up of five main parts, as shown below: TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE 1. Professional Services Provision of all professional services including appropriate advice, support and guidance. All personnel necessary to make the funeral arrangements including completion of all documentation and liaison with all necessary third parties Supplementary Services Bringing the deceased into our care, preparation and presentation of the deceased, hygienic treatment and including the use of our chapel of rest Provision of a hearse, including all necessary personnel to conduct the funeral: Cremation or Burial with 4 bearers Payments made on your behalf such as burial or cremation fees We request that fees paid on behalf of our client (the disbursements) are paid prior to the funeral. 4.
