The exhibitor area is located on the B2 level of the Ito Hall and will be held in the Event Space area on the same floor as the Conference (layout on Page 2). The exhibitor area will be used for all coffee breaks (morning and afternoon) and the Evening Networking Reception to be held 14 June, ensuring a continuous stream of visitors to the exhibitor booths during the two conference days of the Interchange. 3 EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (priority will be given to interchange sponsors). Once an exhibitor application has been received, an electronic invoice (or receipt/confirmation if credit card is submitted) will be sent via within 5 business days, confirming your space. Your booth selection will be confirmed at a later date. SHIPPING INFORMATION Incoming Shipment: If you need to send the booth equipment in advance, please send it to the following address by the below mentioned date and time. We will store it in the B2 level. Exhibitors are responsible for scheduling their own pick-ups for all carriers.

Security: Exhibitors are responsible for security of their exhibit and its content. Protection, both security and insurance coverage, of exhibitors property is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Indemnity: The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CDISC, its employees and members from any and all liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to Exhibitor s displays, equipment and other property brought on the premises of the hotel by Exhibitor and for losses, damages and claims caused by Exhibitor to the hotel. Exhibitor further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CDISC, its employees and members from any and all liability to any person or persons for or by reason of any act or omission of said Exhibitor or any of its employees, agents or servants. Exhibitor, by signing the Application, expressly releases the foregoing named association and individuals from any and all liability for losses, claims, damages and injury.
