2 ENTRY FEE: $45 entry fee Free Event T-Shirt, Dash Plaque and Good Bag ENTER Complete the Entry Form on the last page of this application and mail it along with 4 photos of your car - front 3/4, rear 3/4, engine, and interior (see sample photos below). It will be difficult to accept any vehicle that does not send an adequate number of photos that are nice clear shots of their vehicle to be evaluated by the Selection Committee! Box Albuquerque, NM, Or deliver completed entry form and fee to: Yearwood Performance Center 341 Eubank Blvd NE Mailed applications must be postmarked by January 21, Hand delivered applications to Yearwood must be received by January 23, Please be advised that a $10.00 late entry fee will be charged after the January 23rd deadline. Remember, the later you enter, the more you lessen your chance of being accepted. Vehicles are chosen as they are received so enter early! Call after this date for space availability. TNT reserves the right to refuse any entry which does not meet the quality standards. To facilitate show arrangements and avoid disappointment, please be prompt. You will be notified of your acceptance/denial by phone or mail. Important Note: If your entry is turned down, it may be because the number of vehicles in your classification (i.e. customs, street rods, etc.) have already been chosen and does not necessarily reflect on the condition of your vehicle. All vehicles are subject to this criteria. JUDGING Judging will be done by impartial specialists of the Rod & Custom World using a point system based on conditions, originality, design, detail of finish and workmanship. SHOWCARDS Will be furnished for vehicle identification purposes. PASSES Two exhibitor passes will be included in each entry packet. Additional 2ea 3-day passes will be available during move in at $18.00 each, as long as supplies last. COMMERCIAL BOOTHS This is a great opportunity for your business to showcase its products or services, especially those in the automotive field. For info, call or rftibbe@thesupernationals.com FIRE REGULATIONS Gas tanks: Please have as little fuel as possible in the tank when you arrive. All displays must be free-standing and composed of fireproof material. Battery cables must be

3 disconnected and gas tanks should be covered with taped or locked caps. You will lose points if this is not observed. STANCHIONS AND ROPE ARE MANDANTORY All car owners must furnish their own stanchions and rope to improve the appearance of their display, or rent them from the show. Limited supply of stanchions are available, so reserve early. (There must be 5 qualifying vehicles in each category for special awards.) 5 2015 SuperNationals Entry Rules and Agreement 1 As between the exhibitor and the producer(s), the producer(s) shall have the final authority to determine the location of an exhibitor s display within the show and the exhibitor s compliance with the aforesaid rules, regulations and policies. 2 Once the exhibitor s display and/or vehicle is set up in the show, they shall not be removed or concealed by the exhibitor prior to the end of the show without the permission of the producer(s) before Sunday February 8, 2015 at 8 pm. 3 Liability: In conclusion of the acceptance of the right to participate; entrants, and spectators by execution of this form, release and discharge TNT Promotions Inc., the event sponsors, staff and employees and anyone else connected with management of the SuperNationals, of and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be sufficient by an entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant to ensure a successful event. We ask that you the entrant please do the same. Kindly observe all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules and fire ordinances, and maintain conduct befitting a representative of the sport of car shows. 4 No commercial advertising is allowed with entries unless they are appearing in conjunction with paid commercial space. A single sign may be used to identify paint or interior, etc., who, them, and what equipment was used, but large ad signs, handbills, For Sale signs, or business card distribution is prohibited. 5 In consideration of this entry, the owner and spouse and guests agree to permit the SuperNationals Show or its assigns the use of their name and pictures of the entered vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to the SuperNationals Show or its assigns. 6 This is a family and fun oriented event. Dangerous, destructive behavior will not be tolerated and anyone partaking in these types of activities will face being expelled from the show and/or being turned over to local authorities. No alcohol or drug related materials may be displayed in any display at any time for any reason. No club identifications will be allowed during awards. I have read and agreed to all rules and conditions of the SuperNationals and rules governing the SuperNationals event as set forth on this form, and I agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event management and show officials.
