2 Please scan, sign and return the Holiday Rental Booking Form by to or First Class Post to :- Kerry McCluskey-Vinall, Cavannes, NEULLIAC, Brittany, France. theapartmentholiday Holiday Rental Booking Terms & Conditions Accomodation theapartmentholiday is a first floor apartment, accessed by private steps onto a terrace with seating and comprises :- a large living/dining space with 3 piece suite, coffee table, TV, dining table and 4 chairs and fridge a corner kitchen with cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking and eating utensi, crockey and Cafetière Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, wash basin, washing machine and WC 1 double bedroom with double bed, drawers, clothes hanging rack, pillows, quilt and bed linen 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, drawers, clothes hanging rack, pillows, quilts and bed linen If required, a wooden cot with mattress (Guest(s) use at own risk, owners accept no liability for equipment). Please remember to bring your own cot bedding. There is a designated outside space for Guest(s) to use with seating and a BBQ. The owners ask Guest(s) to use the BBQ with caution, not placing the BBQ near any thing that could be considered a fire risk, that coals are properly and safely disposed of (please ask the owners of the property), and that no food stuffs are left outside that could attract undesirables or may risk injury or contamination. Guest(s) accept total liability for the use of the BBQ, and any brakages/damage must be paid for before departure. The owners accept no liability for damage or injury. There is a Ping Pong Table erected underneath the hangar, Bats and Balls are supplied but the use of this equipment is at the Guests risk. The owners accept no liablitiy for damage or injury. Any breakages must be remplaced and/or damages paid for by the Guest(s) using the Ping Pong Table, Bats and Balls before departure. Signature... Page 2

3 The owners of the Holiday Rental known as theapartmentholiday will not be liable for any problems incurred with any other part of the booking procedure other than the rental in good faith of the above mentioned property. Any delay or disruption in travel with Brittany Ferries, or any other method of travel will not hold the owners of theapartmentholiday liable in any way, and they cannot be held responsible for any changes outside of their control. Rental of theapartmentholiday does not make the owners incumbant in any way for early/late arrivals or early/late departures above and beyond the rental of theapartmentholiday. Booking & Payment Payment Methods for the holiday rental theapartmentholiday will be issued with the Confirmation of booking. The Damages Deposit payable with the holiday booking will be refunded to the guest within 14 days of the holiday rental departure date, providing no damage or loss has been incurred. Guest(s) responsibility is not limited to the Damages Deposit amount of 200, where usage and/or damage is beyond normal wear and tear, and/or breakages, repair and replacement of items is due to the holidays guest(s) negligence. Under no circumstances can the number of people mentioned on the on theapartmentholiday Booking Form be exceeded, 4, unless a Cot is required, when the maximum rental shall not exceed 5 persons. If you are booking less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday rental date, the full balance, including the Damages Deposit will become due at the time of booking. If the full Holiday Rental payment plus the Damages Deposit is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Signature. Page3

4 Prices The advertised rental price for theapartmentholiday is 7 days minimum, any stay that is taken for less than 7 days will be charged at the full 7 day rental price. The advertised prices are per week and include the use of quilts and pillows, with a one time bed linen supply (sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers for a double and two single beds). In the event that the Cot is required, the Guest(s) must bring their own Cot bedding. Cancellation A minimum 8 week notice period is required for holiday rental cancellation when booking the theapartmentholiday rental. A cancellation prior to the minimum 8 week notice period will incur the loss of the holiday deposit. No refund will be offered. A cancellation after the minimum 8 week notice period will incur the loss of the full holiday payment, unless theapartmentholiday can be re-booked. In the event that theapartmentholiday is booked for the same cancellation period a full refund will be offered less an administration charge of 50. If theapartmentholiday is booked for only part of the cancellation period, for example the original holiday booking was for 2 weeks and only one week is rebooked, then a 50% refundd will be offered less an administration fee of 50. No refund will be offered for early departures. For your information :- A comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy is recommended, to include Holiday Cancellation cover, Public Liability cover, Loss/Theft of personal belongings cover and Health cover. Always ensure you and your family members have an EHIC when travelling in France - but be sure to take travel insurance along, too Signature.. Page 4

5 Your responsibilities The rental property known as theapartmentholiday will be cleaned before your arrival and we ask that you leave the rental property clean, tidy and free from rubbish upon your departure. Black rubbish bags will be supplied for general waste and yellow rubbish bags will be supplied for recycled waste (an information card will be made available) and we would ask guests to take their filled rubbish bags to the large dustbins at the top of the road. If extra cleaning is necessary, or rubbish is left after your departure a 50 charge will be levied against the Damages Deposit. Please report any breakages and/or damages. Arrival time :- Please do not arrive before 16h00. (4 PM). Departure time :- Please depart before 10h00. (10 AM). Departures after 10h00 (10 AM) could incur further rental charges. Keys will be supplied for the rental property and must be returned before departure. Please remember that this holiday rental is part of our home and we would ask guests to be respectful of the property and the environment please. The owners have the right to ask Guest(s) to leave the holiday rental property known as theapertmentholiday if the Guest(s) are in breach of any of the terms and conditions detailed or if any action or beahaviour on the part of the Guest(s) is not becoming, or noisy, or a breach of the peace or warrants the assistance of the local law enforcement office No Refunds will be offered. Complaints In the event that Guest(s) wish to make a complaint either on arrival or during the stay, please contact the owners immediately so that remedial action, if necessary can be taken without delay. The owners retain the right to enter the property at reasonable times to rectify any complaints, take any remedial actions, make necessary repairs and/or replacements. Signature...Page 5

6 Complaints made after the departure date must be made in writing and sent recorded delivery within 14 days of the holiday booking departure date. Damages The Guest(s) accept liability for Damages in any form to the holdiay rental known as theapartmentholiday or its contents and are the responsibility of the Guest(s) during the rental period, above normal wear and tear, which will be duducted from the damages deposit. The Guest(s) accept liability for any charges made for any illegal activity and are paid before departure. Damages Deposit Refund Details The 200 Damages Deposit will be refunded where no damage has occurred, or claim been addressed, within 14 days of the departure date on theapartmentholiday Booking Form to the bank account specified below :- Name of account holder :- Name and address of bank :-...
