2 IBU RE was established in 1994 with corporate name PT Indoreinsurance Broker Utama and the name of company was changed to PT IBU Reinsurance Broker Utama in By December 1996, IBU RE s license was approved under Ministries of Justice of Republic Indonesia KMK No. 714/KMK.017/1996. IBU Reinsurance Broker Utama is registered as member of the Association of Indonesian Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers (APPARINDO). IBU Re is formed to have Reinsurance access and to provide high quality reinsurance resources servicing the INDOSURANCE Group customer base and also a large number of Indonesian domestic and joint venture insurers. IBU RE has direct access to local Reinsurers including all major global and regional reinsurance.

5 BOARD OF DIRECTOR Intan Pusparini, CIIB, AAAIK, ANZIF (Senior Assoc) CIP President Director Intan started her career in 1995 with insurance company and has been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. She has been building up her career mainly in the reinsurance sector and within her experience she has been worked as a Reinsurance Broker for 13 years until now. Prior to joining IBU Re, Intan was a Associate Director in a Reputable Global Reinsurance Broker handling Facultative for many class of business and range of industries, such as industrial risks, power and utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing and construction projects for more than 6 years. She graduated from University of Indonesia majoring Actuary and holds the qualification of AAAIK as well as being certified and member of Asosiasi Pialang Asuransi dan Reasuransi Indonesia. Sriyani Setiawan Jo, SE, AWM, AMRP Finance Director Sriyani graduated from Tarumanagara University in 1994, Economic Faculty. Joined IBU Re since 2013 for taking responsibility in Finance and Accounting department. She started her career in 1994, joining investment company and continue to start her career insurance industry since 1999, joining one of the biggest Life Insurance Company in Indonesia. She hold the qualification of AWM from Certified Wealth Managers Association and has become member of Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Asuransi Indonesia. Now she is taking degree program for Broker Practitioner from Asosiasi Pialang Asuransi dan Reasuransi Indonesia.
