4 Suite of Services Our service includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Continous Risk Improvement (CRI) / Engineering and Fire Risk Surveys Our risk engineers undertake annual as well as adhoc assessments of processes and plants to identify a wide spectrum of risks, pre-and post-loss property solutions (including identification of machinery breakdown related risks). Together with in-house resources, develop risk improvement plans which are jointly monitored until the risk has been eliminated or sufficiently mitigated. Clients are encouraged to incorporate such risk improvement recommendations into their Maintenance Planning Programmes. Project Risk Appraisals Enterprise-wide Risk Management insurance purposes i.e. to avoid being penalised (during a loss) for under-insurance or pay unnecessarily high premiums for over-insurance. 3. Project Risk Appraisals It is by far more cost effective to engineer out potential risks before (at conceptual phase) and during (project life-cycle) than to retro-fit (post construction). Our risk engineers have the requisite project management skills to work with the client s team to identify and engineer out potential risks. 4. Enterprise-wide Risk Management (EWRM) - We aim to ensure that clients get maximum value from risk management by way of turning risk into opportunity as well as making decisions that support overall corporate strategy. That can only be achieved through a holistic Enterprise Wide Risk Management (ERM) process where risks (strategic, operational, financial, legal and compliance, safety, health, environmental or SHE and reputational) are continuously identified, linked to core processes and business objectives, communicated from the bottom to top management and vice versa.
