It works alongside a normal insurance policy. Motor accident and theft Windscreen CAR HIRE Most of us can hardly function without a car. That is why our clients enjoy the benefit of car hire cover for 30 days in case of an accident, theft or hijack loss. INCEPTION VALUE POLICY (IVP) Vehicles depreciate over time. That is why we offer an Inception Value Policy (IVP) to our clients. Whether a vehicle is financed or not, the IVP will pay the difference between the retail value at inception and the retail value at the date of loss. This cost-effective cover will pay out the current retail value of a car in the event of a total loss, such as an accident, theft or hijack.

11 OUR QUALITY SYSTEM TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY (TCF) POLICY Since the inception of Voorpos Short-Term Insurance Advisors, we have understood one key element; our clients are the beating heart of our firm. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles, set out by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), are embedded in every aspect of our business. As part of our approach, we aim to not only comply with the principles, but to exceed them in every way. Our business practices are aligned with both the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines. ENSURING FINANCIAL SAFETY Our clients safety is our number one priority. We make use of Insure Group Managers Limited, an authorised credit provider (IGF / FSP 45351), to facilitate the premium collections between Voorpos Short-Term Insurance Advisors, its clients and insurers. We make use of MMX Systems for our policy administration.
