Financial Institutions We provide a comprehensive range of specialist Financial Institutions (FI) insurance products for companies around the world. Whatever the size or needs of the client, our highly experienced team provides a high level of service, offering a broad range of flexible cover. Management Liability We offer our commercial clients bespoke products across the breadth and depth of the Management Liability (ML) market, giving them, their directors and officers tailored and up-to-date protection from losses arising as a result of personal or criminal liability. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY Our professional indemnity team offers insurance solutions on both a primary and excess layer basis for most types of commercial professional indemnity. We work with our broker partners to insure medium to large sized firms and partnerships across the spectrum of professional services. Central to this is our understanding of each client s unique business environment and insurance requirements our aim is not only to provide professional indemnity but also to add value through innovative and tailored solutions. TECHNOLOGY LIABILITY & DATA PROTECTION INDEMNITY Technology liability provides coverage for Technology, Media and Telecom firms (TMT). Our technology liability policy provides these companies with insurance protection for damages and legal defence expenses associated with: financial loss claims from third parties, intellectual property breaches by the insured and claims against the policyholder for defamation. We also provide a Data Protection Indemnity (DPI) product, which can be offered either on a stand alone basis or as a combined policy with our technology liability policy. DPI provides insurance against costs and liabilities that may arise when a company breaches its data protection obligations.

5 MARINE Our marine business extends to include Cargo, Hull, Specie and Fine Art. The portfolio is being built based on long-standing relationships between our underwriting team, brokers and owners. We offer the highest level of professionalism and expertise which has been built up over many years of providing flexible products and excellent service. Our marine business is truly global. Wherever our clients are based, they benefit from a high level of service from our teams and products which are tailored around their specific needs. Strong relationships are at the centre of what we do and we provide the consistent, competitive products that keep those relationships close and productive. CARGO We insure a wide spectrum of cargo risks, ranging from conventional cargoes all the way through to the more complex project cargo risks including DSU. Our preferred risk types include: logistic companies break bulk, bulk commodities, hazmat cargo, manufacturing and general containerised freight. For project cargo, owner or contractor controlled, renewables, power generation, oil and gas including petrochemicals, mining and pharmaceutical plants. Our proposition also includes coverage for infrastructure projects such as bridges, rail, tunnels and port expansion. HULL We insure a variety of vessel types including ocean-going cargo vessels, such as bulk carriers, container vessels and tankers, as well as more specialised tonnage, such as hovercraft, yachts, tugs and barges. SPECIE & FINE ART We provide the following products via our Lloyd s platform: Fine Art we are particularly focused on fine art enabling us to cover private and corporate collections, museums, exhibitions, auctioneers, dealers, classic cars and musical instruments. We provide all risks cover including depreciation. General Specie cash and securities in vault/transit, metals and mining, safe deposit boxes and excess Securities Investor Protection Corporation. Jeweller s block pawnbrokers, cheque cashers, retail and wholesale business. Armoured car primary, excess and courier.

6 PIRACY Piracy is an ever-changing risk which grows, moves and adapts around the world as criminal gangs exploit opportunities wherever they appear. We offer cover for transits through the Indian Ocean, Gulf of Aden and in the Gulf of Guinea or on a worldwide basis allowing our clients to get the protection they need whilst avoiding unnecessary insurance costs. Our preferred security partners are specialists in managing piracy, hijacking and kidnap and ransom events. Should the unfortunate occur, they are able to deploy experienced response consultants to our clients wherever they are in the world and advise on all aspects of any negotiation to help bring your crew, vessel and cargo home safely. UPSTREAM ENERGY We offer bespoke insurance products and the highest levels of service across the upstream and midstream sectors of the oil and gas industry. This service is focussed on creating relationships that provide mutual benefits for the long-term. Our clients include drilling and service contractors, independents and multinational oil and gas companies. 7 ENERGY & CONSTRUCTION Aspen is a key provider of comprehensive insurance products coverage for energy, heavy industries and construction all risk material damage, including machinery breakdown and natural peril coverage, plus business interruption or delay in start-up.
