Tender form with terms & conditions can be downloaded from the college website, i.e., & the form shall be submitted along with demand draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of Director, MAMC, Agroha. Tenderer are required to submit Earnest Money Rs. 25,000/- in shape of Demand Draft in favour of Director, Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, failing which the tenders are liable to be rejected. No interest will be paid on Earnest Money deposit. Tender received after schedule of date & time will not be accepted. 2. Tender submitted without Earnest Money, Tender Fee, Vehicle Registration Certificate, Driving License and other legal documents are liable to be summarily rejected. 3. The agreement shall be signed for a period of 6 months which will be extendable for a period of 6 months on mutual agreement. 4. The Price in the bids for 12 Hours (06:00 AM to 06:00 PM) and 24 Hours, separately. 5. The Vehicle shall be in good working condition not older than 2 years or have not run more than 100,000 km whichever is less. 6. The Vehicle shall be fully air-conditioned. 7. The service has to be provided continuously during the period of agreement in case vehicle has any problem an alternate vehicle has to be provided. If the service provider fails to provide the alternate vehicle, a penalty of Rs. 1500/- per day shall be imposed. 8. Performance security in the form of Bank Guarantee for Rs /- shall be deposited at the time of agreement. 9. The vehicle shall be registered with the registration authority and copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle shall be submitted along with the price bid. 10. The sitting capacity of the vehicle shall be not less than 6 persons. 11. The pollution certificate as per the current norms shall be submitted with a price bid and the same shall be renewed well in time and copy of renewed certificate shall be submitted to the officer incharge transport. 12. The vehicle shall be duly insured for third party as well as for driver and passengers for the validity of the period of the contract. 13. Driver shall hold a valid driving license for the contract period and shall be young more than 40 year of age. 14. The policy verification of the drivers shall be submitted from the police station having jurisdiction over his area of residence. The driver with criminal history shall not accepted. 2 Page

3 15. The driver shall submit a fitness certificate at the time of starting of the contract. The fitness certificate shall only be issued from MAMC, Agroha. 16. For any damage to the vehicle or third party during normal use or accident the institute will have no responsibility and all the cost and the legal liability shall of the service provider. 17. The hired vehicle on a monthly rental basis and shall be full time (Day & Night). The institute will provide the cost of diesel as per the mileage verified by Haryana Roadway Depot., Hisar 18. All tax liabilities will be of the service provider. 19. Any party can cancel the agreement by giving a 30 days notice if there is breach of agreement. 20. For any dispute an arbitrator can be appointed on mutual consent by both parties and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final. 21. The area of Jurisdiction shall be courts of Hisar only.
