The sealed offer super scribed as Tender for Bank s Old JEEP- MADHI BRANCH should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft/Banker s Cheque in favour of Bank of Baroda for Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand Only) of Scheduled Bank payable at Surat, towards earnest money and addressed to the Dy. Gen.Manager, Bank of Baroda, Surat Region, Surat, Gujarat. The above JEEP will be available for inspection from to between p.m. to 4.00 p.m. at Bank of Baroda, Madhi Branch, Madhi, Gujarat ( , ) on all working days except Sunday/Holidays. 3 ANNEXURE- II DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The tender should be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft/ Banker s Cheque in favour of Bank of Baroda for Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) drawn on any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank payable at Surat towards Earnest Money and photocopies of the following documents:- (a) Photocopy of Residential Proof (Passport, MTNL Telephone Bill, Voter Identity Card, Ration Card). (b) Photocopy of PAN Card. 2. The tender should reach at the above address on or before 5.00 p.m. on TENDERS ACCOMPANIED BY CHEQUE WILL NOT BE VALID. 6. Earnest Money will be liable to be forfeited if the tenderer withdraws the offer subsequent to its acceptance by the Bank. 7. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason, what so ever. 8. The delivery of Jeep will be given only after Banker s Cheque/ Demand Draft deposited by the tenderer for full and final payment is realized. 9. The Bank will not give the Previous Insurance Cover to buyer. 10. Successful bidder should submit an undertaking on stamp paper of Rs.100/- as mentioned in Annexure III. 11. The minimum reserve price for the jeep is Rs. 45,000/-
