1 CORRIGENDUM-3 Request for Proposal to Engage coaches/sporting academies for various disciplines in Noida Stadium Sports Complex This Corrigendum is being issued with reference to the above mentioned project for the clauses as mentioned below 1. The Bidder shall pay half the amount of monthly electricity bill pertaining to the assigned premises, as indicated by the installed sub meter. The Authority will pay the remaining half of the electricity bill. The electricity will be charged basis existing commercial rates and will be deducted from the monthly amount to be paid out to the Contractor. By the Authority The Authority may terminate this Contract in case of the occurrence of any of the events specified in sub paragraphs (I) through (X) of paragraph (a) of this GC Clause 5.2 (vi). In such an occurrence, the Client shall give a not less than thirty (30) days written notice of termination to the Contractor. The Contractor will have no right to claim any compensation. b. By the Contractor The Contractor may terminate this Contract, by not less than thirty (30) days written notice to the Authority, such notice to be given after the occurrence of any of the events specified in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this Clause vi (ii): a. The share (60%) of the Contractor for the preceding month will be given in the first ten days of the current month. The Contractor will ensure that only those persons who have a valid receipt are permitted to join coaching classes. ii. NOIDA will ensure that the revenue share (60%) of the Contractor for the preceding month is transferred to the Contractor within the first 10 days of the current month. v. 5 14. Job Number 07/Sports/ Clause 6.7: Usage of Noida Cricket Stadium (i) For 4 weekdays every month, the Contractor will be allowed to use the Noida Cricket Stadium. The Stadium can be used for practice matches, competitions etc. (ii) For 4 weekdays every month, the Contractor will be allowed to use the Noida Cricket Stadium. The Stadium can be used for practice matches, competitions etc. only for the students being imparted coaching. Professional competitions of state/ national/ international level shall remain excluded in these 4 days (iii) The above will be allowed only after taking permission from the Secretary, Noida Stadium Sports Complex 15.
