Unknown person opened a Verizon Cellular account & several credit cards in victim's name. Unknown person made fraudulent charges on victim's debit card. Unknown persons made unauthorized charges on victim's credit card.

An unsecured blue Diamond Back bike was taken. A wallet was taken from a victim's purse. An unsecured red/white bike was taken. A secured blue Trek Hybrid bike was taken.
