7 Introduction of Officer What can be done to control speeding in our neighborhood? Can we as homeowners report speeders? How can we as homeowners help? What can we do as homeowner to help the police department.

8 Why the Covenant needs to be updated. To comply with CCIOA (Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act) and Colorado Law. To incorporate amendments. All other HOA documents were updated last year.

9 These included the Bylaws, Investment of Reserves, Conflict of Interest, Conduct of Meetings, Inspection of Records and Procedures for adoption of Policies Rules and Regulations or Guidelines. The last document to update is the Covenant. Introduction of David Firmin, Hindman Sanchez attorney. Questions?

10 1) Updates and Changes to our watering system New efficient sprinkler heads with check valves installed in the greenbelt area behind the pool. Numerous leaks repaired. Miss-matched heads are being replaced. 2) Future Planned Projects Replacing bark mulch with rock. Hwy 60 & Ballentine. Replacing dead shrubs and trees.

11 3) Completed Projects Redesign of area behind the bus stop. Redesign of roundabout. Replaced mulch with rock on Carlson Blvd. 4) Savings Electrical costs reduced. (due to less run time) Less water usage. Less watering times.

13 Replacement of the pergola. Vandalism has been reduced for 2015 There are now nearly $19,000 in reserves set aside for major repairs or replacement of the pool.

14 Pool Changes The pool pergola was removed due to juveniles jumping off the pergola into the pool. The pergola showed signs of deterioration. A new type of pool shade is being looked at by the Board. Attendants were asked to work from 9 to 10pm. Pool gate and bathrooms were locked at 10pm.

15 Best turnout for the Annual BBQ. Redesign of the roundabout. Replace mulch with rock on Carlson Blvd. Resurfacing of the pool floors (2014). Updating of HOA documents (2014).
