17 The Advantages of An AE Technique 1. Consistency of report formats: Financial managers more commonly work with annual rather than with overall costs in any number of internal and external reports. Engineering managers may be requires to submit project analyses on an annual basis for consistency and ease of use by other members of the corporation and stockholders. 2.
