The meeting will include a general public session from 7.15pm to 7.30pm followed by the April meeting of the Parish Council which will start immediately after the public session. 4 682. Three member motion to revisit previous decision minute 578 and to give notice to accept revised figure. (BB) MOTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION We the undersigned hereby give notice of the following motion of rescission: 578. To decide the final Budget and Precept for 2018/19. The document which had been circulated to the Councillors (green column) showed a balanced budget. Under the Parish Improvements these items have yet to be approved so are not costed into the budget. Allotment raised beds will be an extra investment if outside funding was not forthcoming. Staff costings shows a reduction due to the Village Warden costs being recorded on a separate budget line. Cllr Wright proposed a Nil increase in the Precept for year 2018/19 Resolved to have a nil increase in the Precept 2018/19 and to accept budget figures as presented. Be rescinded. NOTICE OF MOTION Should the rescission motion be ADOPTED we give notice that it is our intention to move the following motion in lieu thereof of which due notice is hereby given: The document which had been circulated to the Councillors (green column) showed a balanced budget.
