23 TAC Considerations Looked at each entities number 1 priority which totaled ~$180M Combination of the top 3 technically scored projects from each category, including the regional service patrol, but excluding the corridor studies which totaled ~$103M

24 TAC Recommendation Started with the top 4 technically scored projects in each category, including all other projects (funding was too high) Considered agency priorities in order to reduce the funding amount Also looked at agency priorities and technical scores to consider bringing projects in The City of San Antonio and VIA s corridor studies were each reduced by half to stay within the TPB approved budget ($170.2M)

25 Executive Committee Recommendation Made changes to TAC s recommendation Revisited the South New Braunfels project; the technical score was revised to include bicycle and pedestrian facilities; CoSA over matched the project with an additional $10M; project was included in the funding recommendation at $9.5M Removed VIA s Advanced Project Development Corridor Study and asked VIA to resubmit, specifically to request a portion of the $20M STP-MM allocation for Austin-San Antonio Regional Corridor Project (formerly Lone Star Rail District) funding
