2 INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION In the long-established LCIA tradition, the symposium will be based around current issues of key interest in the field of international commercial arbitration and ADR, proposed in advance by delegates and keenly debated from the floor. This symposium is designed to be interactive and to provide an opportunity for delegates to share news and views, under the expert guidance of well-known co-chairs. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Arbitrators, in-house counsel, practitioners, academics and members of the local and international business community interested in, and affected by, current developments and best practice in the field of international arbitration. CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION For delegates from countries where CPD / CLE is mandatory, the LCIA will be pleased to provide a conference certificate of attendance which, subject to the exact CPD / CLE requirements, may be used to obtain the equivalent accreditation in your jurisdiction.
