1 TRAINING LEVEL PIDA TRAINING LEVEL 2 International commercial arbitration Study of a NEW complex mock case under the 2012 Rules of Arbitration October 2015 Paris Drawing on the experience of renowned arbitrators in a multicultural and international environment, this advanced-level training provides an in-depth understanding and first-hand experience of the ICC Arbitration procedure under the ICC 2012 Rules of Arbitration. Working methods Study of a brand-new advanced and complex mock case under the 2012 ICC Rules of Arbitration in small working groups of roughly 10 participants. The mock case will be sent to the participants before the training so that they can read the facts and identify the contractual issues which cover the events mentioned in the facts.
