The first panel will address recent developments adopted by the ICC to improve the effective management of ICC arbitration. The panel will also provide an update on recent guidelines published by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). The second panel will focus on the appointment process for ICC arbitrations, providing insight from members of ICC Australia s Nomination Committee, as well as tips for being appointed as an international arbitrator based in Australia.
