3 IMPORTANT DATES Week of October 1: Week of November 26: Website and Online Banking:The Gladewater National Bank website will be redirected to the Citizens Bank website. There will be a specific online link "Gladewater National Bank Online Banking" that customers will click on to gain access to their online banking. On the conversion date, December 3, 2018, the link will be removed and you will access your online banking directly from the Citizens Bank website using your current login credentials. Gladewater National Bank signage will change to Citzens Bank. Debit/ATM Cards: Watch for your new Citizens Bank MasterCard Debit/ATM card to arrive in the mail. You may activate your card by calling the number listed on the label affixed to the front of the card. At that time, you will also select your PIN. Although the card can be activated as soon as you receive it, it will not be operational until December 3, Important: Use your current debit card through December 2, Beginning December 3, 2018 use your new Debit/ATM card. You may experience incremental issues throughout the weekend with your current Debit/ATM cards. New Checks: You should receive your Citizens Bank checks in the mail at no cost to you. November 30: Banking Center Closing Times: Important: To prepare for the system conversion, Citizens Bank Gladewater Banking Center will be closed beginning the afternoon of November 30, 2018 through Sunday, December 2, Main Bank: 2:30 p.m. Motor Bank: 2:30 p.m. Night Drop: Items placed in the night drop after this closing time will be processed on December 3, Bill Pay: Users can create bill payments until 5:00 p.m. on November 30, Service will resume on December 3, December 1: Closed: The main bank and motor bank will be closed and online banking will not be available. Debit/ATM Cards: You may experience incremental issues throughout the weekend with your current Debit/ATM cards. December 2: Closed: The main bank and motor bank will be closed and online banking will not be available. Debit/ATM Cards: You may experience incremental issues throughout the weekend with your current Debit/ATM cards. December 3: Open: All locations will be open for normal business hours. Online banking, Bill Pay and Mobile Banking will be available. Debit/ATM Cards: You can begin to use your new Citizens Bank Debit/ATM Card. Discard your old card properly by shredding or cutting it up. New Checks: You may start using your Citizens Bank checks. Telephone Banking: When accessing the telephone banking system after the conversion date on December 3, 2018, you will be prompted to enter your initial PIN. Your initial PIN will be the last 4 digits of your SSN. You will then be prompted to create a new PIN.

On October 1, 2018 the Gladewater National Bank website will be redirected to the Citizens Bank website. There will be a specific online link Gladewater National Bank Online Banking that customers will click on to gain access to their online banking. On the conversion date, December 3, 2018, the link will be removed and you will access your online banking directly from the Citizens Bank website in the login area for online banking using your current login credentials.

5 Mobile Banking/Mobile Deposit WHAT IS IT? Now all the things you like about online banking will be at your fingertips on your mobile device. Deposit checks, check your balance, pay your bills, transfer money and enjoy addditional features at your fingertips 24 hours a day. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW? In order to utilize Mobile Banking, You need to be enrolled in online banking. On December 3, 2018, Gladewater National Bank s online banking customers will be able to download the CBTX on the Go app to access their Citizens Bank accounts from their mobile device. Cash Management (Business Customers only) WHAT IS IT? Cash Management is a set of tools that helps your organization push money out (such as paying payroll) or pull money in (such as collecting rental payments).

6 Bill Pay WHAT IS IT? Bill Pay is an easy and convenient way to pay your bills from wherever you connect. Pay virtually anyone. From the local bakery to a Fortune 500 company, even your babysitter. Same day/next day payments. Payments can be received in as little as one business day. Automatic payments. Great for bills that stay the same each month, like your rent and your car loan. Message Center. Get quick answers to any questions you might have. What do I need to know? Gladewater National Bank will experience the following changes: Gladewater National Bank s Bill Pay Service interruption will occur November 30, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Service will resume on Monday, December 3, IMPORTANT REMINDER: Scheduled payments: Users can create bill payments until 5:00 p.m. on November 30, 2018.

9 Citizens Bank Banking Products Telephone Banking No changes have been made to your current telephone banking number Important: When accessing the telephone banking system after the conversion date on December 3, 2018, you will be prompted to enter your PIN. Your initial PIN will be the last 4 digits of your SSN. You will then be prompted to create a new PIN. Statements Will my statements remain the same? Yes. The only change will be the Citizens Bank logo on the statement. Important: We encourage our new customers from Gladewater National Bank to enroll in electronic statements. (E-statements). E-statements reduce the possibility of fraud and ensure that your statements are received faster than mailed statements. 10 Checks Will my current checks still be valid? Yes. You can use your current checks through December 2, You should receive your new Citizen Bank checks in the mail the week of November 26, 2018 at no cost to you. You will not be able to use your new checks until December 3, To prevent fraud, please bring in your old checks to any Citizens Bank location to be shredded after December 3, If requested, you will be refunded your cost of any unused Gladewater National Bank checks. Account Numbers Will my account number/routing number change? No. Your account number will remain the same. Yes. Your routing number will change from to Do I need to update my direct deposit information? No. You do not need to do anything. We are working behind the scenes to ensure all of these electronic items will be rerouted correctly to Citizens Bank. Will my wire instructions change? Yes. The routing number used for wires will change to the Citizens Bank routing number Do my accounts have FDIC coverage? Yes. You will have the same FDIC coverage that you have now.

11 Loans Will the interest rate, term and conditions change on my loan? No. The interest rate on your current loans will not change prior to their stated maturity. Should I direct my loan payment somewhere else? No. Continue to make payments in the normal manner. Certificates of Deposit (CDs) Will the terms of my CD change? The interest rates on your current CDs will not change prior to their stated maturity. General Is the ownership of my bank changing? Yes. On October 1, 2018, Gladewater National will merge with and into Citizens Bank and the name will change to Citizens Bank. The staff will remain the same.
