Enrolment fee for Gr will be R School fees for 2017 still have to be determined. 1. BETALINGSPROSEDURE / PAYMENT PROCEDURE Ouers/voogde is kragtens wet verplig om skoolfonds te betaal. Jaarliks in Oktober word n ouervergadering gehou waartydens die skoolfonds vir die nuwe jaar vasgestel word. According to legislation, parents/guardians are obliged to pay school fees. A parent meeting is held during October of every year to determine the school fees for the following year. Hoërskool Oosterland probeer steeds doelgerig om koste skerper te beheer. Die gereelde betaling van u skoolgelde stel u kind in staat om professionele onderrig te ontvang en aan verskeie aktitwiteite deel te neem. Hoërskool Oosterland constantly attempt to control costs in the best possible way. The regular payment of your child s school fees enable him/her to obtain professional education and to participate in various activities. 1.1 Onderriggelde is maandeliks vooruitbetaalbaar voor die 7de maandeliks. Let daarop dat die 1ste betaling wat in November geskied nie terugbetaalbaar is nie. School fees are payable in advance before the 7th of each month. Take note that payment made in November is not refundable. 1.2 Maandelikse rekeningstate word die 23ste van elke maand aan leerders uitgedeel om aan ouers te oorhandig. SMS e word aan ouers gestuur om hulle te verwittig dat rekeningstate uitgedeel is. Indien betaling nie voor 7e van die maand ontvang word nie, sal u n brief ontvang van ITC waarin u 20 dae gegun word om u rekening op datum te betaal, indien u versuim sal u op die swartlys geplaas word en n finale oorhandigingsbrief met die datum waarop u rekening oorhandig gaan word aan ons prokureurs. Die volle jaar se skoolfonds sal op daardie stadium oorhandig word aan die prokureurs vir invordering. Monthly account statements are given to learners on the 23rd of each month to be handed to their parents. SMS s are send to parents to confirm that statements were issued. If payment is not received before the 7th of the month, parents will receive a letter from ITC which grants 20 days to make payment.failing to comply, will lead to a blacklisting and a final letter with the date on which you will be handed over to the schools lawyers will be issued. 1.3 Ouers onderneem en stem daartoe om alle regskoste aangegaan tussen prokureur en hulself, invorderingskommissie en opsporingskoste te betaal. Parents agree to pay all legal costs between attorney and client, collection commission and tracing fee.

E.g. : - school fees : Reference number on statement - Extra-curricular activities : Name of learner rugby tour, etc USING THE CORRECT REFERENCE NUMBER REMAINS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. 5. SUBSIDIE / SUBSIDY Ouers wat wil aansoek doen vir volle of gedeeltelike vrystelling van onderriggelde, moet voorgestelde aansoekvorm by Me Hannelie Slabbert by die finansiële kantoor afhaal so gou moontlik en terugbesorg voor 31 Januarie Aansoek is slegs geldig vir een jaar, dus moet hierdie aansoek elke jaar hernu word. Parents who want to apply for full or partial exemption of school fees, can obtain an application form from Ms Hannelie Slabbert at the financial office as soon as possible and return it before 31 January Applications are valid for one year only and therefor must be renewed annually.
