1 Centurion Plaas Stal Mark Inligting en voorwaardes / Centurion Farm stall Information and conditions Die Boere mark sal plaasvind elke tweede Saterdag, vanaf 09:00 tot 14:00. Uitstallers moet voor 07:45 by die mark wees en stalletjies sal eers vanaf 14:00 afgebreek kan word. The market will be every second Saturday from 09:00 till 14:00. Traders will be on the premises before 07:45 and dismantling of stall can only happened from 14:00. Uitstallers se stalletjie kostes is elke markdag vooruit betaalbaar, vir die volgende markdag. The cost of the stall will be paid in advance, on the day of the market. Uitstallers is self-verantwoordelik vir enige meublement, tafeldoeke, gazebos, ens wat benodig word in die opstelling van hul stalletjies. Gazebos is verpligtend. Traders have to provide their own tables, gazebos, etc. needed at the market. Gazebos are mandatory. Geen krag is beskikbaar nie voorsien asseblief self / of gas. No electricity will be available provide you own power source / gas. Uitstallers is self-verantwoordelik vir sekuriteit in sy/haar stalletjie. Traders be responsible for own security at his/her stall. Uitstallers is self-verantwoordelik vir die opstel en aftakel van hul stalletjies. Traders will be responsible for the set up and dismantling of their own stalls. Uitstallers moet die area skoon en netjies laat, na afloop van die Mark. Traders must leave the area clean and tidy after the market. Parkering is beskikbaar vir uitstallers. Parkering will be available for traders. Geen parkering, tydens mark, sal in mark area toegelaat word nie. No parkering in the trading area will be allowed for the course of the market. Uitstallers mag net die produkte waarvoor hulle geregistreer is verkoop. Traders will be able to sell the product for which they are registered. Uitstallers mag nie staanplekke uitruil sonder toestemming van die mark bestuurder nie. The market manager will allocate stalls to traders and only be moved or changed by the market manager. Indien uitstallers nie die mark kan bywoon nie, moet die mark bestuurder 7 dae vooraf, in kennis gestel word. Versuim aan bogenoemde kan daartoe lei dat uitstaller stalletjie kan verloor. In absence notify the market manager 7 days before a market. Traders might forfeit his/her stall if he/she does not notify the market manager. Die mark bestuurder het die reg om inspeksie by stalletjies te doen om so doende te verseker dat uitstallers mark reëls, gesondheidsregulasies en ander toepaslike regulasies voldoen. The market manager reserves the right to inspect stalls to the trader s code, health regulations and other applicable regulations Uitstallers moet ten minste 10 markte n jaar doen om registrasie te behou. Traders must trader at least at 10 markets a year to reserve registration.

3 INDEMNIFICATION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS The LESSOR / LAND OWNER will not be responsible for any claims in respect of material damage, injury or death sustained by the Exhibitor, his family members, customers, visitors or occupants of the property at any time caused as a result of any defect in the property, exhibition site, or structures thereon during the operation of this lease beyond the liability imposed on the LESSOR / LAND OWNER by operation of Act 68 of 2008 and the Exhibitor indemnifies the LESSOR / LAND OWNER against any claim resulting from such damage, loss or injury. The LESSOR / LAND OWNER is not responsible for any claims in respect of material damage, losses, injury or death sustained by the Exhibitor, his family members, customers, visitors or occupants of the property as a result of rain, wind, hail, lightning, fire, storms, leaks in the roof or damage caused by, theft, robbery, riots, strikes or actions by the enemies of the State, vis major (an irresistible force) casus fortuitus (an uncontrollable accident or event of any nature) or as a result of any such causes. The Exhibitor shall be responsible for all goods brought on the premises by the Exhibitor and the LESSOR / LAND OWNER shall not incur any liability arising from such goods and shall not be responsible for such goods in any manner or form. VRYWARINGS EN ERKENNINGS Die Verhuurder/grondeienaar sal nie aanspreeklik wees vir enige materiële skade, verlies, beserings of dood gely deur die Uitstaller of enige okkupeerder van die eiendom of familielid van die Uitstaller of klant van die Uitstaller wat te enige tyd gedurende die huurtermyn as gevolg van n defek of gebrek in die eiendom veroorsaak word, behalwe in soverre die Verhuurder /grondeienaar vir sodanige verliese aanspreeklik mag wees kragtens die bepalings van Wet 68 van 2008, en die Uitstaller vrywaar die Verhuurder / grondeienaar teen enige eis voortspruitend uit sodanige skade en/of verlies of besering. Die Verhuurder/grondeienaar is nie aanspreeklik vir enige skade gely deur die Uitstaller, sy familie, klante of okkupeerder van die eiendom wat veroorsaak word deur, reën, wind, hael, weerlig, brand, storms, dak lekkasies of skade en verliese veroorsaak deur diefstal, roof, openbare geweld en opstande of as gevolg van enige ander oorsake buite die beheer van die Verhuurder/grondeienaar nie. Die Uitstaller die risiko dra ten opsigte van alle goedere wat hy in of op die huurperseel bring en die Verhuurder/grondeienaar sal geen verantwoordelikheid en geen aanspreeklikheid ten opsigte daarvan dra nie.
