SCHEDULE Amendment of Annexure 4 to the regulations published by Government Notice.475 of 1973, as substituted by Government Notice.2579 of 1978 and amended by Government Notice.JJ37 of 1981 I. These regulations sball apply only in relation to any act - (a) in respect of which the fees referred to in regulation 24 of the regulations shall be payable; and (b) which is performed by any practitioner, as defined in section I of the Attorneys Act, 1979 (Act 53 of 1979), in connection with any transaction in respect of which he received an instruction on or after the date of publication of these regulations.
