1 To apply at Hartmann Plantation we need the following items: Completed application for each person or one application if you are legally married. Proof of income for each person example one current check stub, most recent tax records, and a copy of a court signed document for alimony, child support, etc. Copy of your driver license for each person over 18 years old. Security Deposit 50% of the rent amount Administrative Fee - $250 Application Fee - $50 per applicant 18 yrs. old and over or $50 per legally married couple. Roommates must complete separate applications and fees. Application fees are nonrefundable at any time once you apply. All monies must accompany your completed application. Credit/debit cards are not accepted. Pets - Max 50 lb. weight limit at full growth or 25 in height maximum at full growth and no animals under 1 year old. We do require a vet check for weight and breed verification for final approval of all pets which must be done within a 2 week calendar date of application. Breed restrictions Akita, American Staffordshire terrier, bull terrier, Chow, Labs, Sheepdog, Great Dane, Golden Retrievers, Doberman, German Shepherd, Boxer, Dalmatians, Irish Setter, Greyhounds, Coon/Blood/Afghan Hounds, American Bulldog, Bullmastiff, husky, pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf hybrid. Unknown mixed breeds not acceptable. 2 pet maximum all units Deposit and non-refundable pet fees are per pet and due at move-in. Pets under 30 lbs. - $300 - Pet Deposit $100 refundable and $200 non-refundable pet fee - $10 monthly pet rent per pet. Pets 30 to 50 lbs. or 25 inch height maximum - $400 - Pet Deposit $200 refundable and $200 non-refundable pet fee - $10 monthly pet rent per pet. visiting pets or pet care services at any time.
