3 Stockholding Document Management Services Ltd. CIN U74140MH2006GOI Website SDMSL, a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956 and having its registered office at Plot No. P -51, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai , intends to hire Tomcat Administrator. Sealed offers in prescribed format (Technical & Commercial Price Bids) for hiring Tomcat Administrator are invited directly from the reputed organizations. Prices shall include Excise Duty, Sales Tax, VAT, WCT, Service Tax, Octroi & road permit (if any) and other taxes, Transit Insurance and freight etc. The prices quoted by the bidder shall remain firm during the entire period of the Contract and shall not be subject to variation on any account. QUALIFYING / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA The firm / company shall fulfill the following criteria: 1. The Firm should not have been debarred / blacklisted by any government, Semi Govt., P.S.U, Board/ Corporation or any Autonomous Body in last 3 year. The following documents should be contained, in Bid submission. i) Covering letter stating the Bid Title, Bidders name, Address. ii) PAN card photocopy iii) Bid to meet the requirement and specifications as per annexure I & II, with one set of Brochure with precise information about particular capabilities and features as per tender. iv) Further, the rates shall be fixed and shall remain unchanged, for a period of one year. 4 EVALUATION PROCESS: RFP for Renewal of Onsite Apache Tomcat The bids shall be scrutinized by the committee, constituted for the purpose with right to inspection of manufacturing unit by the Committee. If the Bidders fulfill the Eligibility criteria, SDMSL may call the bidder for presentation to understand the technical capability. The decision of the SDMSL in this regard shall be final and binding. On conclusion, SDMSL shall raise the Purchase Order with the successful bidder detailing the commercials, period and terms & conditions. Annexure to this RFP: Annexure I: 1) Daily Administration of Webserver & Tomcat at Allahabad and Lucknow 2) Tuning of Webserver & Tomcat at Allahabad and Lucknow 3) Backup & Restoration of Webserver & Tomcat at Allahabad and Lucknow 4) Troubleshooting of issues, if any, at Allahabad and Lucknow Annexure II Terms & Conditions: Terms and Conditions: (1) Payment Terms: Payment will be made on monthly basis after verifying the attendance. Proportionate payment will be deducted for any absenteeism. (2) Taxes and Levies: Taxes and levies payable extra at actual. (3) The personnel deputed at Organization should be direct Employees of the bidder and not contracted personnel. (4) Engineer should be present in all working days i.e. Monday Saturday. In case of emergency/an urgent activity, the engineer must be present on Sundays or Holidays. (5) In case deployed resource goes on leave, stand-by equivalent skillset resource shall be provided. (6) Bidder shall ensure continuity of work in case his deputed employee quits. Page 4 of 5

5 (7) Lodging, Boarding and any conveyance for the deployed resource will be borne by the bidder. (8) Engineer Qualification: Minimum - Graduation or B.E having 4-5 years experience and certification of OS (RHEL, RHEV, VMs). (9) The contract will be for 1 year. Contract period will be mentioned in the Purchase Order. (10) The data shall be treated as very confidential and under no circumstances it will be disclosed or tampered with. Page 5 of 5
