2 UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited (UTIITSL) is looking forward to select one Service Provider for providing 3 Days Lead Implementer Course on ISO/IEC :2011 (Training Course) in UTIITSL Premises. In this regard, UTIITSL is inviting quotation vide this short notice RFQ from the prospective bidders, response vide sealed quotations needs to be submitted latest by 14 th August, 2013 upto 12noon (1200 hours IST). Scope of Work with Terms and Conditions and other relevant information is being laid down as under: 1. 3 Days Lead Implementer Course on ISO/IEC :2011 as per defined scope will necessarily cover all areas of ISO/IEC :2011 and satisfy ISO/IEC :2012 guidelines. The course shall be conducted at UTIITSL premises at Plot No. 3, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Number of Trainees: 10 participants. 3. The Service Provider should necessarily provide the Course Materials, Standards, Guidelines, Workshop activities and Recommendations for Implementation in accordance and compliance with the existing standards of Information Security Management System (ISMS) fulfilling exhaustively the Re- Certification Audit pre-requisites for ISO/IEC :2011 Certification of UTIITSL. 4. The Service Provider should provide training and handholding to the participating trainees, forming the internal implementation team of UTIITSL, on the process and methodology during the Training assignment. 5. Training shall conclude with the examination and individual certificates shall be issued to the successful participants as per the accreditation guidelines. The participation certificates however should be provided to all the trainees attending the course. 6. Training being offered should be an accredited training course and should follow the accreditation compliance. 7. The Service Provider should accomplish the assignment within 7 calendar days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order. 8. The Service Provider should incur all the expenditure towards provisioning of these services for UTIITSL. The implementation of this service should not require any IT hardware Upgradation or new procurement leading to any additional expense for UTIITSL % payment will be made only after satisfactory completion of the assignment. Recovery of the penalty if applicable during the assignment would be done by raising an invoice against the bidder. These payment terms will not be changed. The Service Providers are required to quote on these payment terms only.

Address for submission of the bids: The sealed quotations in the prescribed format only strictly as per attached Commercial Bid Form in original physical copy to be sent or dropped in the tender box and addressed to Vice President - DoIT, UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited, Plot No. 3, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai The bidders not following the format are liable for rejection under sole discretion of UTIITSL. Quotations sent through any other mode such as s will not be entertained. 11. Last Date for receipt of sealed quotations: 14 th August, 2013 upto 12 noon (1200 hours IST). 12. Superscription: The envelope containing the quotation must be superscribed as Response to RFQ from Service Providers for Lead Implementer (LI) Training Course on ISO/IEC :2011 (Training Services). 13. Eligibility Criteria for Pre-Qualification: (Supporting documents should be attached by the Service Provider or SP) The SP must have valid PAN Card. The SP must have a valid Sales Tax/ Service Tax/ VAT registration. The SP should have no record of being black-listed by any Government/ Public Sector/ Multinational/ National companies. (Self-declaration Certificate as a supporting document should be attached). The SP s turnover should not be less than Rupees 50 lakh (INR) and should be a Profit making organization in each of the last two financial years. The SP should be in existence for atleast 5 years with core business line in the area of Lead Implementer Training and other similar Training areas. The SP should have an adequate experience and success proven track record in providing Lead Implementer Training (Training Services) atleast during the last two years (Satisfactory Certification from atleast 5 clients should be attached). The SP should have experienced, certified professionals on their payroll; atleast 2 ISO/IEC Lead Auditors/Implementers; short CVs be attached. The Project Team being deployed by SP for the current assignment should have a certified Lead Implementer Tutor/Trainer/Faculty of atleast 5 years of relevant experience; short CVs to be attached. The SP should be authorized by accreditation board for conducting the Lead Implementer Training; relevant supporting document be attached. 14. Evaluation will be based on Bidder s eligibility on the points as above, Technical Qualification and the most competitive or lowest rate quoted by bidders. 15. We have read and understood the details as given in the tender information regarding the Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions for the selection of Service Provider for the tender RFQ from Service Providers for Lead Implementer Course on ISO/IEC :2011 (Training Services) and the same are acceptable to us. We have been given all the required information from UTIITSL. We certify that we are eligible as per laid Terms. We understand that cost comparative statement will be prepared for the said items and L1 will be evaluated and decided on the basis of our eligibility on the pre-qualification criteria points, technical qualification and the lowest rate quoted by participating bidders. In case of any ambiguity between arithmetic calculations, the rates will be considered correct and the amount will be derived on the basis of the rates quoted and the quantity originally mentioned in the Tender. The deployment/ commissioning of services will be done as per Scope of Work specification and Terms and Conditions laid down by UTIITSL in their RFQ notice/ intimation.

One time Cost of providing 3 days Lead Implementer Course on ISO/IEC :2011 (Training Services) as per Scope of Work : (in INR or Rupees) Project Completion Timelines from the date of PO: 7 calendar days Terms and Conditions noted as under: 1. Training and other associated services related to completion of the assignment as per Scope of Work definition will be completed strictly within 7 calendar days. 2. The quote is inclusive of the Training and assistance in implementation being given to UTIITSL team of participants and all the cost related to examination if applicable and the participation/qualification certificates for each of the participants on successful completion of training. 3. All Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees inclusive of Service Tax and all applicable taxes, duties etc. 4. TDS, Service Tax or other statutory levies, in accordance with rules as applicable, may be deducted/ applied at source by UTIITSL from the above quoted price. 5. The quote is inclusive of lodging, boarding, travelling charges as may be required during the tenure of implementation and execution of the assignment. 6. Order may be placed in full or part or may be split into multiple bidders. UTIITSL reserves the right to cancel the entire requirement without assigning any reason. 7.
