2 LODGING IN EL PEDRAL For those wishing to enjoy peace and nature, we offer full board accommodation at El Pedral. The historic house inaugurated in 1923 is part of a unique setting, made up of an infinite pebble beach, high cliffs and wildlife in a natural habitat. This magical place offers passengers the possibility to enjoy amazing experiences such as walks at sunset, reading a book in the placid house rooms, watching the fire pit or having dinner in a relaxed environment. For that purpose, we offer eight comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms. Guided tours, meals and drinks are included in the rate. Note: All the rates are expressed in US dollars (USD) considering the official exchange rate; they include taxes and are subject to changes without prior notice. El Pedral is open from September the 15 th to April the 15 th.

3 TRANSFERS (not included) You may arrive at El Pedral with your own vehicle or with a transfer. If you wish to hire a transfer you may ask it together with your lodging reservation. In that case, El Pedral will forward your requirement to a reliable transfer company, the reservation of which will be sent to you once it is confirmed. Also, you may opt to reach El Pedral hiring the corresponding transfer services to your travel agency. Note: - It is important to bear in mind that there is no transport public service in the area or gas stations in the gravel road. - The mobile phone signal is extremely low. - El Pedral does not take part or is liable for the transfer services provided; it acts only as a link between the passengers and the transfer company in order to facilitate the hiring process. - The country hotel El Pedral is located in a private estate, where the entrance gate is locked. If you choose to get there on your own, you will have to coordinate in advance with our Reservations office. 5 CANCELLATIONS POLICY Reservation Once the Reservations office confirms the availability, a blockage of the rooms will be made and the reservation will be active for a period of 10 days. During these 10 days, an advance payment shall be made equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the reservation. If the reservation is for the next 30 days, the full amount of the reservation shall be paid. Booking confirmation To confirm the reservation, the full amount of the reservation should be completed 30 days before the services. In case of non-payment of the balance, the company may dispose of those rooms. Cancellation If the reservation is cancelled up to 72 hours before our services are rendered, the total amount paid will be refunded, in which case only bank expanses, if any, will be deducted. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 and 24 hours prior to the date of the lodging, 50% of the total amount of the services requested will be deducted, waiving in this case any right of refund for the amount paid. If the reservation is cancelled within the 24 hours prior to the date of the lodging and in case of no show, any right of refund for the amount paid will be waived. CONTINGENCIES POLICY If the road leading to El Pedral results impassable due to adverse weather conditions, a new schedule will be offered or the total amount paid will be refunded, without any penalty whatsoever.
