4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS All our prices here above can be subject to change at any moment. Operation: Janji Laut Resort will not operate from January 15 th, 2017 to February 23 rd, 2018 due to Yearly Maintenance. Reservations: 1- Janji Laut Website: follow the procedure at Book Now page. If you proceed to a Paypal Payment, the Paypal fees will be requested by us at the moment of your final bill payment on site (4, 4% of the total amount USD). 2- By at contact@janjilaut.com. We usually request 100 % of the rooms price as a deposit for booking confirmation by bank transfer or Paypal. 3- We can also send you a PAYPAL Payment in order for you to pay easily and confirm your booking. (Paypal Payment fees are 4,4% of the amount USD and shall be paid by the customer) Booking &Cancellation: Booking conditions: Booking is confirmed after reception of or letter of confirmation from the client indicating clearly the date of arrival and departure. Within the 5 working days of the Booking confirmation date, the payment of 100% of the full stay price is requested. We recommend to our guest to verify that no fees or transfer commission will be charged by the bank to us and that the full due amount be transferred. Cancellation conditions: More than 20 days from the Client arrival, 1 night cancellation fees is due by the Client. Between 19 days and 10 days from the Client arrival, 50% of the stay is due by the Client. Less than 9 days, full payment is due by the Client.

5 Payments: By regulation of the National Bank of Indonesia, we are not allowed to accept payments or guarantee from abroad by Credit Card. Nevertheless we accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD,and American Express at the Resort to pay the extras and final invoice. We will charge the US Dollar amount in Indonesian Rupiah at the rate of the date we process the authorization. Please note that a 3% bank surcharge will be added to your original spending. Cash in USD or EURO is also accepted but will be conditioned to Banknote physical status and condition check.
