3 Terms & Conditions. The bid shall be submitted to AGM(Admin) O/o CGM Broadband Networks, CTS Compound, Netaji Nagar, New Delhi-0023 by up to 530 Hrs. of 2/04/ The bid should be submitted with a demand draft of Rs.000/-(Rupees one thousand only) as bid security in favor of Account officer (Cash), DNW, BSNL, New Delhi payable at Delhi failing which the bid will be rejected. 3. Bid shall be valid for 50 days from the opening of bid. Bid security will be forfeited if bid is withdrawn within bid validity period. 4. The DD will be returned to all the bidders except the highest bidder at the earliest. The said DD of highest bidder shall be adjusted against the bid amount. 5. The bidder shall sign all pages of bid document. 6. The bidder shall fill up bidder s profile as per Annexure-A. 7. The bidder shall submit certificate regarding no near relative employed in BSNL as per Annexure-E. 8. The person attending the opening of bid shall be duly authorized by bidder as per as format in Annexure-D. 9. The bidder is advised to visit the site if they wish to inspect items/ material kept for disposal on any working day between Hrs. They may contact Shri Manoj Kumar JTO (HQ), (Mob ) for any detail/ clarification. 0. The bid amount shall be quoted in financial bid format provided at Annexure-C.. The bid amount shall be quoted as a composite quote for all items. Item wise price is not required to be quoted. 2. Bid shall be quoted in INR(Indian rupees).

4 3. In addition to the bid amount, sales tax, as applicable, shall be charged as per as rules. 4. The successful bidder shall be required to lift the material on AS AND WHERE IS BASIS. 5. The successful party shall have to lift the material within 7 working days from the date of issuance of order by depositing the balance payment by way of DD/ cash in favor of Account officer BSNL o/o CGM Broadband Network payable at Delhi. If party fails to lift the material within the stipulated time a penalty of Rs per working day shall be levied. BSNL reserves the right to forfeit the bid security of successful bidder and cancel the order if the bidder fails to lift the materials within 0 working days from the date of issuance of the work order. 6. Statuary Tax like 4% DVAT/ Sales Tax, collection of Tax at source etc. shall be payable by the bidders as per as prevailing laws where ever applicable. 7. CGM Broadband Networks, CTS Compound, Netaji Nagar, New Delhi reserves the right to cancel/ postpone the date of opening of bid without assigning any reason.
