The bidder should have successfully designed, manufactured, supplied and assembled/ erected portable prefabricated accommodation during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the date of NIT. a) Three executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh each. b) Two executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh each. c) One executed/completed contract, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh should be at least Rs.1552 Lakh. For Sl.No.02 above: 1. The bidder should be OEM of Diesel Engines or authorized/accredited assembler of such OEMs having successfully designed, manufactured, supplied, installed & commissioned Diesel Generator set of capacity not less than 250KVA during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the date of NIT d) Three executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh each. e) Two executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh each. f) One executed/completed contract, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh should be at least Rs Lakh. For Sl.No.03 above: 1. The bidder should have successfully supplied and erected RCC Posts with barbed wire fencing /Any 2

3 Civil Work during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the date of NIT. b) Three executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh each. c) Two executed/completed contracts, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh each. d) One executed/completed contract, as above, of cost not less than Rs Lakh should be at least Rs Lakh. 2.0 GENERAL CONDITIONS: 2.1 Tender/bid documents shall be issued to intending bidders on request. Issuance of bid documents shall not construe that the bidders are considered qualified. The relevant documents submitted by intending bidders as per Sl.No.01 & Sl.no.02 will be scrutinized at the time of bid evaluation. 2.2 The following Qualifying requirement related documents are to be submitted along with the technical bid for scrutiny: a) Work Order/Award Letter with awarded value and executed amounts, Scope of Work and Bill of Quantity with Rates. b) The proof of executed amount apart from other documents is essential from PSUs/any Govt./Semi Govt. organization/public Limited Company. 3.0 Tender/bid Cost in the form of DEMAND DRAFT drawn in favour of NPGC., and payable at STATE BANK OF INDIA, MAURYALOK COMPLEX BRANCH, (Br. Code No.7506) shall be submitted along with the request for issuance of tender/bid documents, which shall be refunded in case the tender/bid document is not issued. However, Pay Order/Bankers Cheque shall also be acceptable, if the same is issued by SBI, Mauryalok Branch. 3

4 4.0 Small Scale Industries registered with the National Small Scale Industries Corpn. shall be exempted from payment of Earnest Money Deposit. SSI Units registered with Bihar SSIDC are also entitled for exemption of EMD. Small Scale Industries registered with NSIC/Bihar SSIDC shall be exempted from payment of Security Deposit up to the monetary limit for which the unit is registered with NSIC/Bihar SSIDC. Tenderers/bidders seeking exemption should enclose a photocopy of valid Registration Certificate giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits, failing which they run the risk of their tenders/bids being passed over as ineligible for this concession. 5.0 Tenders/bids shall be received up to 3.00 PM at the office of DGM(C&M) at Vidyut Bhawan-II,1 st Floor, Bailey Road, Patna and opened at 3.30 PM on the aforesaid Bid Opening Date in the presence of tenderers/bidders or their representatives, who may like to be present. NPGC takes no responsibility for delay, loss or non-receipt of tender/bid documents sent by post/courier. If the Bid Opening Date becomes a holiday, the tenders/bids will be opened on the next working day at 3.30 P.M. 6.0 On the scheduled date of bid opening, only EMD & LOU and Technical bids shall be opened. 7.0 BIDs NOT ACCOMPANIED WITH THE LETTER OF UNDERTAKING (LoU) AND REQUISITE BID-GUARANTEE (EMD) IN A SEPARATE SEALED COVER BIDs ACCOMPANIED WITH INADEQUATE VALUE Of EMD SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AND IN SUCH CASES BIDs SHALL BE LIABLE F REJECTION. 8.0 NPGC reserves the right to reject or accept or split any or all the tender/bids without assigning any reason whatsoever. 9.0 Request for issue of bid documents shall be made to Deputy General Manager (C&M) at the address given below: Note: 1. Intending tenderers/bidders can download complete tender document from website itself, after making online payment of document cost via their Credit Card at our website SSL mode of transaction from ICICI bank is used by NTPC/NPGC. 2. Intending tenderers/bidders should be a registered user of the website to download the bid document after online payment. 3.
