Purpse f this Plicy T prtect the CUNA Mutual Grup s assets by requiring that emplyees incur nly thse business expenses that are reasnable, business related and effectively manage risk. What this Plicy Requires*» Incur nly thse reasnable business expenses needed t cnduct CUNA Mutual Grup s business, prtecting cmpany funds as thugh they were yur wn.» Understand and fllw yur authrity limits per the President s Delegatin f Authrity.» Use yur crprate credit card r CUNA Mutual Grup s payables/disbursement prcess fr all expenses. Reimbursement is limited t incidental cash transactins and must be prcessed thrugh the crprate credit card system.» Use CUNA Mutual Grup s designated travel agency and preferred vendrs fr all travel bkings, unless cnference rates r ther reduced-rate accmmdatins are available.» Obtain and submit prper expense supprt, such as receipts and/r invices, descriptins and accunt cding, n a timely basis and at least mnthly.
