We hereby offer to supply and deliver (within the delivery period), commission, put into service and prove out as per schedule attached. 2.0 It is hereby certified that we have understood the Instructions to Tenderers, Conditions of the Contract attached to the tender and have thoroughly examined the technical specifications and are fully aware of the nature of stores required and our offer is to supply stores strictly in accordance with the requirements and to the terms of the tender. Letter of current and valid authority is enclosed as per Proforma We hereby declare that in quoting the above price, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under MODVAT scheme introduced w.e.f st March 986 and further extended on more items till date. 8.0 We further agree to pass on such additional duties become available in future in respect to all the inputs used in the manufacture of the final product on the date of supply under the MODVAT scheme by way of reduction of prices and advise the purchaser accordingly. Bidders are required quote separately for foreign components and as well as Indian components of total turnkey work in the price schedule format. 2. Foreign bidders are required quote in DDB Delivered Duty Paid at Destination basis. This shall includes all costs covering packing, freight (international & local) transportation, insurance, customs duty and local duties, taxes (Excise duty, Sales Tax or any other taxes applicable as per local laws) etc and upto delivery at destination complete. 3. The break up prices of customs duty and excise duties, taxes shall be shall be given separately. Payments will be made on actual subject to the maximum given in the price schedule. 4. Indigenous bidders are required quote in CIP Destination basis, including all packing, transportation, insurance, customs duty and local duties, taxes (Excise duty, Sales Tax or any other taxes applicable as per local laws) etc and upto delivery at destination. The details of duties, taxes considered for the pricing shall be given separately. Payments will be made on actual subject to the maximum given in the price schedule. 5. Applicable tax on Foundation, making, installation, commissioning and training charges shall also be indicated. Charges. 6. Bidder must compulsorily quote for Price for Post Warranty AMC charges as per the bid. The taxes, duties shall be included in the price and be indicated separately. 7. For Payment terms refer clause 5.0 of Section III of Bid Document, Part I. 8. The cost of optional accessories, recommended and other accessories as specified in the technical specifications should be quoted separately indicating all the cost elements as mentioned above.
