1 Updated as at 23 March 2017 TERMS AND CONDITIONS RHB Bank ASNB VP & FD Campaign 1. RHB Bank Berhad (Company No M) will be referred to as RHB Bank. CAMPAIGN PERIOD 2. RHB Bank ASNB VP & FD Campaign ( the Campaign ) will run from 1 April 2017 to 31 July 2017 ( the Campaign Period ). ELIGIBILITY 3. The Campaign is open to all new and existing RHB Bank customers, and excludes commercial, corporate, sole proprietorships, partnerships, charitable/non-profit organizations, societies, schools and companies ( the Participant(s) ). RHB Bank staff are eligible to participate in this campaign. 4. Customer must be a Malaysian holding a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad). 5. The Campaign consists of investments and deposits placement made by the Participant(s) during the Campaign Period in the product bundles of selected Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad Variable Price ( ASNB VP ) and Fixed Deposit ( FD ) of RHB Bank, excluding accounts of RHB Islamic Bank Berhad and Easy by RHB. 6. The investment and deposits placement must be made in the ratio of 1.0 ASNB VP: 1.0 FD. REWARDS AND FULFILLMENT CONDITIONS 7. During the Campaign Period, the Participant(s) will be entitled to enjoy a promotional FD rate based on the ASNB VP investment ( Participating ASNB VP ) and deposits placement ( Participating FD ) in the product bundles as follows: Bundle Type Minimum Amount Promotional FD Rate ASNB VP FD Placement (p.a.)* Bundle 1 RM10,000 RM10,000 1-month 28% Bundle 2 RM10,000 RM10,000 6-months 8% *1-month FD and 6-months FD board rate effectively from 26 July 2016 is 3.00%p.a. and 3.10%p.a. Effective rate for 1-month and 6-months FD are 28% p.a. and 8% p.a. respectively. 8. Please refer Appendix 1 for list of selected ASNB VP for the Campaign. The list of selected ASNB VP is subject to changes from time to time by RHB Bank at its discretion upon giving adequate notice. 9. Further to clause 7, the Participant(s) must meet the following requirements with regards to the eligible deposit placement to qualify for the Promotional FD Rate: 9.1. The minimum required deposit amount must be placed into the Participating FD with a signed Declaration and Authorization; and 9.2. ASNB VP investment and deposit placements into FD must be made on the same day. 10. Further to clause 9, RHB Bank reserves the right, at its discretion, and without prior notice to revert the Promotional FD Rate for the Participating FD (if applicable) to the 1-month FD or 6-months FD prevailing board rate, in the event not fulfilling any of the Campaign criteria as per Clauses 7 to 9, but not limited to the Participant(s). 11. The FD accountholder and the UT accountholder must be of the same party or in the case of joint account, the FD and UT primary accountholder must be of the same party as well. 12. Further to clause 10, no FD interest shall be paid, should the Participant(s) uplift(s) or withdraw(s) the Participating FD before maturity. Terms and Conditions ASNB VP & FD Campaign Page 1

2 Updated as at 23 March Upon maturity of the Participating FD tenure, the Participating FD will be automatically renewed at the 1-month FD or 6-months FD prevailing board rate. 14. Disclaimer: The Master Prospectus of the unit trust funds of ASNB dated 30 June 2016, has been registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia, and are available at any office of ASNB and its agents. Units will be issued upon receipt of the registration form as enclosed in the prospectus. Before investing, please read and understand the content of the prospectus. Total return on the investments may go down as well as up. Investments in the funds are exposed to fund management risk, inflation risk and purchasing power risk. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 15. RHB Bank reserves the right at its discretion to withdraw/cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign earlier in whole or in part, and/or to vary, supplement, add, delete, modify or amend the Terms and Conditions herein, wholly or in part at its discretion, by way of posting on or in other methods which RHB Bank deems practical, by giving twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice to the Participant(s) on such variation, supplemental, deletion, modification or amendment, as the case may be, to these Terms and Conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by RHB Bank of this Campaign shall not entitle the Participant(s) to any claim or compensation against RHB Bank for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participant(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 16. The amended Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign. 17. The latest Terms and Conditions can be obtained from RHB Bank s website at and/or available on request from RHB Bank s Premier Centres / Branches. 18. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the respective product Terms and Conditions for RHB Bank. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the product Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail insofar as they apply to this Campaign. 19. RHB Bank shall not be liable for any default due to any Act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of RHB Bank. 20. RHB Bank shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a direct result of RHB Bank s gross negligence and shall not be liable for any other loss or damage of any kind such as loss of income, profit, goodwill or indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential or special loss or damage howsoever arising, whether or not RHB Bank has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. 21. The Participant(s) shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign. 22. RHB Bank s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign including but not limited to the eligibility to participate, the selection of the recipients for the Promotional FD Rate for this Campaign, and in case of any dispute, shall be final and binding on all Participant(s) who participate in this Campaign and no correspondence will be entertained. 23. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant(s) agree(s) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of RHB Bank. Terms and Conditions ASNB VP & FD Campaign Page 2

4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS RHB Bank Unit Trust & Fixed Deposit Investment Bundles Campaign 1. RHB Bank Berhad (Company No M) will be referred to as RHB Bank. CAMPAIGN PERIOD 2. RHB Bank Unit Trust & Fixed Deposit Investment Bundles Campaign ( the Campaign ) will run from 1 May 2017 to 31 July 2017 ( the Campaign Period ). ELIGIBILITY 3. The Campaign is open to all new and existing RHB Bank customers, both residents and non-residents and excludes commercial, corporate, sole proprietorships, partnerships, charitable/non-profit organisations, societies, schools and companies ( the Participant(s) ). RHB Bank staff are eligible to participate in this campaign. 4. The Campaign consists of investments and deposits placement made by the Participant(s) during the Campaign Period in the product bundles of selected Unit Trusts ( UT ) and Fixed Deposits ( FD ) of RHB Bank, excluding accounts of RHB Islamic Bank Berhad and Easy by RHB. 5. The minimum amount of UT investment and FD placement is RM10,000 respectively. The corresponding UT investment amount must be more than or equal to the FD placement amount. During the Campaign Period, the Participant(s) will enjoy a promotional FD rate based on the UT investment ( Participating UT ) and deposits placement ( Participating FD ) in the product bundles as follows: Campaign Period 1 May 2017 to 31 July 2017 Bundle Type Minimum Amount UT Investment FD Placement Minimum sales charge on selected UT FD Promotional Rate (p.a.)* Bundle 3 RM10,000 RM10,000 3% 1-month FD at 15% Bundle 4 RM10,000 RM10,000 3% 3-months FD at 8% *1-month FD and 3-months FD board rate effectively from 26 July 2016 is 3.00% p.a. and 3.05% p.a. Effective rate for 1-month FD is 15% p.a. and 3-months FD is 8% p.a. 7. The selected UT is subject to a minimum sales charge of 3%, excluding bond funds. 5 8. Further to Clause 7, the Participant(s) must meet the following requirements with regards to the eligible deposits placement to qualify for the FD Promotional Rate: 8.1. The minimum required deposit amount must be placed into the Participating FD with a signed Declaration and Authorisation Form; and 8.2. UT investment and deposits placements into FD must be made on the same day. 9. Further to Clause 8, RHB reserves the right, at its discretion, and with prior notice to revert the FD Promotional Rate for the Participating FD to 1-month FD or 3-month FD prevailing board rate, in the event of the following, but not limited to the Participant(s):- 9.1 Exercising his/her cooling-off rights or cancels the Participating UT purchased during the Campaign Period, the Participant(s) is/are not eligible for the FD Promotional Rate; and/or 9.2. Not fulfilling any of the Campaign criteria as per Clauses 6 to The FD accountholder and the UT accountholder must be of the same party and in the case of joint account, the FD and UT primary accountholder must be of the same party as well. Further to Clause 9, no FD interest shall be paid should the Participant(s) uplift(s) or withdraw(s) the Participating FD before maturity. 12. Upon maturity of the Participating FD tenure, the Participating FD will be automatically renewed at the 1-month FD or 3-month FD prevailing board rate. FD interest will be paid upon maturity and the customer must maintain a RHB Current/Savings Account (CASA) for interest crediting purposes. 13. The FD is eligible for protection by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM), whilst the UT is not insured by PIDM. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 14. RHB Bank reserves the right at its discretion to withdraw/cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign earlier in whole or in part, and/or to vary, supplement, add, delete, modify or amend the Terms and Conditions herein, wholly or in part at its discretion, by way of posting on or in other methods which RHB Bank deems practical, by giving twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice to the Participant(s) on such variation, supplemental, deletion, modification or amendment, as the case may be, to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant(s) consent(s) to RHB Bank processing their personal information for purpose of administering the Campaign and contacting them in relation to the same ( Purpose ). 23. It is necessary for RHB Bank to process the Participant(s) s personal information for the Purpose, without which they will not be able to participate in this Campaign. 24. The Participant(s) s personal information may be disclosed to other companies within the RHB Banking Group (which shall include its holding company, subsidiary(s), and any associated company(s), including any company as a result of any restructuring, merger, sale or acquisition), service providers, and vendors and any of their respective agents, servants and/or such persons, whether located within or outside Malaysia for the Purpose, if applicable, subject at all times to any laws (including regulations, standards, guidelines and/or obligations) applicable to RHB Bank. 25. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant(s) agree(s) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of RHB Bank.
