TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING 2018 WM INVESTMENT BUNDLES CAMPAIGN (ISLAMIC) Terms and Conditions as of 1 st October2018

1 The Campaign 1. The 2018 WM Investment Campaign ( the Investment Campaign or the Campaign ) is organized by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad ( H) ( the Bank ) and shall commence on 1 st October 2018 and end on 31 st December 2018, both dates inclusive ( the Campaign Period ). 2. The Bank reserves the right upon giving notice of not less than twenty one (21) calendar days to change the duration, commencement and / or expiry dates of the Campaign Period. Eligibility 3. The Investment Campaign is open to all individuals residing in Malaysia, including Malaysian citizens, permanent residents and non-malaysian citizens (except US persons), sole-proprietorships, partnerships, charitable/non-profit organizations, Corporation (defined in Section 3 of the Companies Act 2016) who make the relevant investments (as explained in Clause 4 herein) in accordance to the respective product eligibility during the Campaign Period ( the Eligible Customer(s) ). Campaign Mechanics 4. The Investment Campaign consists of investment made by Eligible Customers during the Campaign Period on: 4.1 Islamic Fixed Return Income Account-i ( ) and selected Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) ( and Shariah-compliant UT ); or 4.2 Islamic Fixed Return Income Account-i ( ) and selected ASNB Price Fund(s) [(Applicable to ASN, ASN Equity 2, ASN Equity 3, and ASN Equity 5 (Subject to respective fund launch)] ( and ASNB ); or 4.3 Islamic Fixed Return Income Account-i ( ) and selected ASNB Price Fund(s) [(Applicable to ASN Imbang 1 (Mixed Asset Balanced) and ASN Imbang 2 (Mixed Asset Balanced)] ( and ASNB Imbang ). 5. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Eligible Customers will be entitled to earn Fixed Return Income Account-i, Rate ( Rate ) tabulated in Table A below if the Eligible Customers deposit/invest in the following Investment during the Campaign Period: 5.1 and Shariah-compliant UT Deposit a minimum of RM10,000 in for a period of 1-month or 3-months AND invest a minimum of RM10,000 in any selected Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s).The investment ratio for the and the Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) must be 1:1; OR 5.2 and ASNB (Including and ASNB Imbang ) Deposit a minimum of RM10,000 in for a period of 1-month or 3-months AND invest a minimum of RM10,000 in any selected ASNB Price Fund(s). The investment ratio for the and the selected ASNB Price Fund(s) must be 1:1.

The list of selected Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) with sales charge of 3% and above as per stipulated in prospectus / information memorandum and is subject to change from time to time, including all new Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) launched during the Campaign Period by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion. 7. The deposit/investment in the and Shariah-compliant UT, and ASNB (including and ASNB Imbang ) must be done concurrently on the same day; and 8. The investors of the selected Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) or selected ASNB Price Fund(s) and the account holder(s) of the must be of the same customer(s). 9. The applicable sales charge payable by Eligible Customers shall be 3.00% on the selected Unit Trust Fund(s); 4.00% on ASN Imbang 1 (Mixed Asset Balanced) and ASN Imbang 2 (Mixed Asset Balanced); and 5.00% on ASN, ASN Equity 2, ASN Equity 3, and ASN Equity 5 (subject to respective fund launch). At the point of investment in the selected Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) or selected ASNB Price Fund(s), any other offer and/or promotion and/or lower sales charge advertised by the Bank shall not be applicable. 10. The Rate is applicable to initial placement (1-cycle) only. Upon maturity of the 1- month or 3-months tenure, the Profits Rate shall cease to apply and the Bank s prevailing board rate for shall apply to any roll-overs and/or renewals. 11. In the event that the Eligible Customer uplifts the prior to maturity i.e. before the completion of the 1-month or 3-months tenure (as the case may be), the Eligible Customer shall not be entitled to enjoy any profits Rate or the Bank s prevailing board rate whatsoever. 12. The Campaign is not applicable to funds or monies disbursed from EPF Investment schemes. 13. The Campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other offers and promotions (if any) offered by the Bank in relation to investment in the selected Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) or selected ASNB Price Fund(s).

Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) and ASNB Price Fund(s) or any money withdrawn from an insured deposit for the purpose of purchasing any unit in a Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)]are not insured by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM). Islamic Fixed Return Income Account-i is eligible for protection by PIDM. 15. The investments in the Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] are not obligation of, guaranteed or insured by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad and are subjected to investment risks, including the possible loss of the principal amount invested. Eligible Customers are advised to read the terms and conditions of the Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] before investing. Eligible Customers should also consider all fees and charges involved before investing. Past performance of the Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] is not an indication of future performance and income distributions are not guaranteed. Eligible Customers should rely on their own evaluation to assess the merits and risks of any investment. Eligible Customers who are in doubt as to the action to be taken should consult their professional advisers immediately. The terms and conditions and the Eligible Customers are required to comply with all terms and conditions in respect of their investment in Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)]. 16. The Eligible Customers are not covered by the compensation fund under Section 158 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA). The compensation fund does not extend to the Eligible Customers who had suffered monetary loss as a result of a defalcation or fraudulent misuse of moneys or other property, by a director, officer, employee or representative of CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad. Where the Eligible Customers suffer monetary loss in the above circumstances related to the acts of the Bank s employees, the Eligible Customers may lodge a complaint with the CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s Customer Resolution Unit (CRU) as set out in Clause 28 of these Terms and Conditions. Eligible Customers who are not satisfied with the CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s CRU's decision may refer the case to the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre ( SIDREC ) and/or the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia s Complaints Bureau ( FIMM ) and/or the Ombudsman for Financial Services within 6 months of receiving a final decision from CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad or after 60 calendar days from the date the complaint was filed with CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad for which no reply was received by the Eligible Customers. The Eligible Customers can also direct the complaint to the Securities Commission s Investor Affairs & Complaints Department even if the Eligible Customers had initiated a dispute resolution process with SIDREC. General Terms and Conditions 17. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as consented to CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad processing and disclosing their personal data in accordance with the CIMB Group Privacy Notice which can be found at and agree that all decisions fairly and reasonably made by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad in relation to every aspect of this Campaign, including the Rate, shall be final, binding and conclusive. 18. The Eligible Customers (s) Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] and/or signed up Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] (i) MUST not be in breach of the terms and conditions governing Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] and/or signed up Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)]AND (ii) MUST not be terminated or closed or be made subject to any attachment, adverse orders made by the Court or any authorities sanctioned by laws, delinquent, and/ or be invalid or cancelled as determined by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad during the Campaign Period and/or before the crediting of the Rate, otherwise the Eligible Customer(s) will be disqualified from participating in this Campaign and/or the Rate will be forfeited. 19. CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Customers that it determines to be tampering with the entry process, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.

CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad reserves the right to substitute the Rate with other item(s) of similar cost and/or to extend, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice to the Eligible Customers. For the avoidance of doubt, any extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad shall not entitle any of the Eligible Customers or any other persons whosoever to any claim or compensation against CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign. 21. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customers hereby agree that CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable or held responsible to the Eligible Customers if CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad is unable to perform in whole or in part of any of its obligations herein, attributable directly or indirectly to the failure of any mechanical or electronic device, data processing system, transmission line, electrical failure, industrial dispute, war, strike, riot, any act of God beyond CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad's control or due to any factor in a nature of a force majeure which is beyond CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s reasonable control. 22. CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad shall not be liable to any Eligible Customers or any party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party) howsoever arising, in relation to the participation or non-participation in this Campaign unless the same shall arise from and are caused directly by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s gross negligence or wilful default. 23. CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad reserves the right upon giving prior notice of twenty one (21) calendar days to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) ( Amendment ) any of the Terms and Conditions herein. Notification to Eligible Customers in respect of the Amendment shall be effected at CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad sabsolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, via electronic communication display at CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s website and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s branches or CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s Currency Exchange counters where detail provisions regarding the Amendment may be provided in the notice itself or may be provided to the Eligible Customers upon request; or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment in one newspaper of CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s choice or by any other means of notification which CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad may select and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Customers as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhadin the notification. Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree to access CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad s website at regular intervals to view the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. 24. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Customers for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customers as a direct or an indirect result of such amendment, variation, deletion, addition or alteration of the Terms and Conditions herein. 25. These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 23 shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the prevailing terms and conditions of the Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] and Islamic Fixed Return Income Account-i and terms and conditions governing Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] and Islamic Fixed Return Income Account-i which shall apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions herein. 26. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the application of any prevailing laws, guidelines, directives, notices, regulations enacted and/or any other written laws or which are issued by Bank Negara Malaysia or any other body having supervisory authority over the Bank in relation to or which are applicable to the Campaign or any matters herein. 27. If there is any inconsistency (ies), conflict(s), ambiguity (ies) or discrepancy (ies) between the Bahasa Malaysia and English version of these Terms and Conditions herein, the English version of these Terms

5 and Conditions shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, where request had been made by the Eligible Customers and noted and acknowledged by CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad in its records that the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)] T&C has been selected by the Eligible Customers to govern the operation of the Eligible Customers use of Shariah-compliant Unit Trust Fund(s) [including ASNB Price Fund(s)], then the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 28.
