1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAVE, INVEST AND WIN CAMPAIGN 1. RHB Bank Berhad (Company No M) will be referred to as RHB. CAMPAIGN PERIOD 2. Save, Invest and Win Campaign ( Campaign ) will run from 1 July 2017 to 30 November 2017, both dates inclusive ( Campaign Period ). ELIGIBILITY 3. The Campaign is open to the following:- a. All individuals aged 18 years and above, both residents and non-residents, ( Participant ). 4. The following individuals/entities shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign:- a. Commercial, corporate, sole proprietorships, partnerships charitable/non-profit organizations, societies, schools and companies. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS Qualifying Criteria 5. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, the Participant(s) is required to meet the campaign qualifying criteria ( Qualifying Criteria) by performing the following:- A minimum of RM 1,000 deposit placement into their new/existing Current Account (CA) or Savings Account (SA) account and a minimum investment amount of RM 2,000 in ASNB VP products on the same day within the campaign period. Only Cash Investment for ASNB VP products is eligible for this campaign. Investment made through EPF is not eligible for this campaign. Combination of multiple fund sizes in a transaction during the campaign period is allowed to make up the minimum investment for the campaign. For joint accounts, only the primary account holder shall be entitled to the Sign-up Gift and Grand Prize draw. The same ASNB VP invested amount placed under Save, Invest and Win Campaign will not be entitled for ASNB VP FD Bundle and vice versa. To be eligible for the Sign-up Gift and Grand Prize draw, the Participant(s) must maintain a month end balance of RM 1,000 in their. 2 Qualifying Campaign Entries 6. The Participant(s) will be eligible to earn one (1) Campaign entry(s) ( Campaign Entries ) with every multiple of RM1,000 invested in ASNB VP products in a single transaction via RHB branch. The fulfillment of the Grand Prizes will be on a later date after the Winners have been identified. 11. RHB reserves the right, at its discretion, and without prior notice to deduct the retail price of the Sign-up Gifts from the Participating in the event of participant(s) not fulfilling the Campaign criteria as per Clause RHB reserves the right to replace the Sign-up Gifts and Grand Prize with other items that is of similar value. WINNER S SELECTION & PRIZES FULFILMENT CONDITIONS 13. All Participant(s) will be shortlisted via a computerized random selection system. Upon being contacted by RHB or its appointed representative to perform verification, the shortlisted eligible Participant(s) are required to answer correctly a question pertaining to the Campaign in order to be selected as the winner. Should the shortlisted eligible Participant(s) fail to answer the telephone or answer correctly for any reason or if the verification fails, the shortlisted eligible Participant(s) are deemed to have missed the winning chance and RHB or its appointed representative shall have the right to select the next shortlisted eligible Participant(s) whenever necessary. 14. Each Participant is eligible to win more than once throughout the Campaign Period. Repeated winners for Sign-up Gifts and Grand Prize are allowed. All Winners will be notified of their winnings either in writing or by telephone within sixty (60) days from the end of each monthly Grand Prize draw. 15. Grand Prize will be delivered to the Winners. RHB customer(s) will need to provide a delivery address for the purpose of delivery within fourteen (14) working days after being notified by RHB representatives, failing which, the prize shall be deemed to be forfeited. 16. Winner(s) shall be responsible to notify RHB in writing or via telephone no later than 31 December 2017 for non-receipt of prize, failing which, Winner(s) shall be deemed to have received and accepted the Prize from RHB Bank. 17. 4 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 18. By participating in the Campaign, the Participant: a. Agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign; b. Agrees to access RHB s Corporate Website to view the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to be kept up-to-date on any change or variation to the Terms and Conditions; c. Agrees that the Prize(s)/Gift(s) featured in all printed materials and/or RHB s Website are for illustration purposes only. Any props, accessories or equipment featured with the Prize(s)/Gift(s) in any pictorial materials are for decorative purposes and shall not form part of the Prize(s)/Gift(s); d. Agrees that RHB shall not be liable in any circumstances for any loss, defacement, tear, and damage, expired or stolen Prize/Gift. Any request for replacement of such loss, defaced, torn, damaged, expired or stolen Prizes/Gifts shall not be entertained by RHB; e. Agrees that the Prize(s)/Gift(s) are non-transferable to any third (3 rd ) party and nonexchangeable for up-front cash, credit, cheque or in kind; in part or in full; f. Agrees that RHB s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign, the Prize(s)/Gift(s) shall be final, conclusive and binding against them and no further correspondence and/or appeal to dispute RHB s decision shall be entertained; g. Agrees to be personally liable for all taxes, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under the applicable laws, if any, in relation to accepting the Prize(s)/Gift(s); h. Agrees to disclose or publish their names and the last 4 digits of identification numbers in media, marketing or advertising materials for the purpose of this Campaign; i. Agrees to discontinue any further participation in this Campaign by informing RHB if any future modifications of these Terms and Conditions are unacceptable. 19. RHB reserves its right to: a. Disqualify any and all entries from any Participant in this Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in this Campaign in the event that there is suspicion that the Participant tampered with or benefited from the tampering of the regulations of this Campaign or the Terms and Conditions stated herein; b. Cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by RHB shall not entitle the Participant(s) to any claim or compensation against RHB for any loss or damage incurred by the Participant(s) as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension; Terms and Conditions Save, Invest and Win Campaign Page 4 of 5

5 c. Change the Prize(s)/Gift(s) at its discretion to another Prize(s)/Gift(s) of similar value with prior notice; d. Add, delete, suspend or vary the Terms and Conditions contained herein, either wholly or in part at its absolute discretion by way of posting on RHB website and/or other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB with twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice; 20. RHB shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of RHB. 21. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 22.
