The cntractr will be required t maintain the fllwing temprary cnstructin clearances: A) Hrizntal clearance measured frm the centerline f track t frm wrk, false wrk, r ther bstructin: 15'-0". B) Vertical clearance measured frm the tp f highest rail t frm wrk, false wrk, r ther bstructin: 22'-0" (this vertical clearance t be maintained within the temprary hrizntal clearance limits f 15' -0" each side f center line f track). 4. When given prper ntice by the City's cntractr, Nrflk Suthern will prvide, n a frce accunt basis, fr the watchman service and flagman prtectin deemed necessary fr the safety f Railway peratins in cnnectin with the prpsed bridge rehabilitatin wrk perfrmed n Railrad right-f-way. 5. The cst is estimated t be 54,100, cpy f the Frce Accunt Estimate is attached. 6. The Railway will prepare peridic billing fr any services prvided n behalf f the City f Richmnd. 7. The City agrees t withhld final payment t its cntractr until the cntractr has furnished a statement frm Nrflk Suthern Railway indicating that the site was left in acceptable cnditin. 8. The City accepts the terms f this agreement, subject t apprpriatin by City Cuncil.
