The completed application with supporting documents should reach the Deputy General Manager (PBBU&NRI) within 15 days from the date of publication. Eligibility Criteria DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (PBBU &NRI) 1. The Agencies should have a prior satisfactory work experience in conducting necessary customer point verification for the Bank/Financial institution anywhere in India for at least 1 year, and they must provide at least two references from their clientele acceptable to us. 2. Those who are already empaneled with us/other banks/fis and having good track record of handling the assignments will be given preference. 3. Experience/competency in handling the verifications, adherence to the specified time frame, reasonableness of the charges and locational advantage will be taken into consideration. 4. Those already on the panel of our bank and also those who have submitted their applications in the past for such empanelment need to apply afresh. 5. The agencies de-empaneled by our Bank or any other Bank/ Financial Institutions will not be considered for empanelment with our Bank. 6. The panel will be reviewed at yearly intervals & bank reserves the right to de-empanel any of the agency in between on observance of unsatisfactory performance/report. 7. Bank reserves the right not to empanel any of the agencies/firms etc. without assigning any reasons. 8. The firms should quote their rates in sealed envelope for the following activity along with their application and brief profile. 3 9. Application form placed as annexure A be submitted, duly completed in all respect, which must reach the undernoted address within 15 days from the date of publication. The selected agencies has to furnish a performance guarantee for an amount fixed by the Bank from a Scheduled Commercial Bank other than State Bank of India or its Associate Banks in a format provided by the Bank.

Note: Please attach self-attested photographs and photocopies of proofs relating to: a) Photographs of the prop/all partners/all directors. b) Identity & addresses of the firm and the prop/all partners/all directors.
