I/We have read the instructions appended to the pro-forma and I/We understand that if any false information is detected at a later date the empanelment should be cancelled at the discretion of the bank. 5. I/We know that by this empanelment no right has been accrued to us and I/We know that the Bank has every right to remove printers from the panel, without assigning any reason. Printers fulfilling the pre-qualification criteria given in this Notice may only apply. Existing empanelled printers with CSD, Bhopal should necessarily submit their tenders. 1. Applicant should have a minimum Annual Turnover of Rs. 40 lakh and should be profit making for last 3 years as evidenced by the latest Audited Balance sheet submitted along with the application. Other proofs like TDS certificates, duly attested bank statement etc. may be furnished 2. Applicant must have registered with Bank / Any Financial institution / Reputed Institute for supply and printing of envelops. 3. The applicant must have GST registration and registration under Shop & Establishment act (attach certified copies). 4. The applicant must have registration under Employees Provident Fund Act, if applicable (Challan to be attached). 5. The applicant must be an income tax assessee having filed returns for the last three assessment Year (Certified copy of latest Income tax clearance certificate with PAN card No of the Applicants to be enclosed). 6. The applicant should have adequate storage arrangement for papers/printing material and to store safely the paper supplied by us. 7. The applicant should have own printing press with modern technology and should have installed all technical facilities like offset printing multicolor printing, computer composition, laser printing, binding facilities manual or mechanical, paper trimming, punching facilities etc. Paper testing facilities as per BIS guidelines should be available. 8. Printing jobs would be executed using the paper supplied thereafter by the bank, in the case of some specific jobs, however, tenders would be called from all empanelled printers. At the time of tender, the printer should quote their rates inclusive of all taxes/ duties/ levies (i.e. commercial tax, service tax, education tax, TDS etc., as applicable to a contractor and are subject to deduction at sources by the bank from bills/dues) including wastages, transportation from and to of paper/finished goods to the CSD etc.
5 GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Applicant to submit Certified Copy of GST registration which should be in the name of tenderer (latest paid challans to be attached). The empanelled printers would be called upon to execute various orders for printing registers, forms, pay-in slips, note slips etc. as per bank specifications and at pre approved rates as decided by the bank, from time to time. Printers shall furnish Security Deposit which will be retained by the bank during entire contract period. In case the Printer fails to complete the contractual obligations as per tender or leaves the jobs half way or do not undertake the jobs within stipulated period, the bank shall forfeit the said security deposit. 2. Time is essence of the contract. The Printers who is awarded a task shall take up the work immediately and ensure timely completion which in normal course of business is 30 days from the date of order. A penalty Bank reserve the right to levy a penalty of 2.5%of Invoice Value per month / part thereof,for delay in execution of job and proportionate recovery for variation in quality/quantity. 3. The printers must have minimum 5 Years experience in handling printing jobs. 4. No application/ tender will be accepted after schedule time and date 5. Unsealed Application/ tender will not be accepted 6. The application/ tender with correction and or overwriting not authenticated will be liable for rejection 7. The empanelment will be valid for a period of three years. However Bank reserves the right to do fresh empanelment earlier also. 8. The Bank does not bind itself to accept the application for empanelment and reserve to itself the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason(s) for doing so. 9. Details of the printing machines with capacity may be given. 10. The applicant should attach copies of all certificate (as stated above) along with Audited balance sheet / profit & loss for last three years. 11. The Printer should submit these terms and conditions duly signed as token of acceptance along with their application, failure to which their application is liable for rejection without any notice which please note 12. Particulars of security Deposit to be furnished For Rs1.00 Lac in the form of STDR in the joint Name of CM, CSD, SBI, LHO, Bhopal & Bidder at the time of Submitting application duly discharge by applicant in favour of Bank. 13.The Security Deposit need not to be furnished Second time if already deposited with CSD, SBI, LHO Bhopal.
