The exhibits which are not related to the exhibition theme or industry will not be accepted. 1

3 APPLICATION APPLICATION 1.Exhibitor applications open from Aug. 6th, 2018 until Nov. 23rd, If booths are fully booked before the submission of application, the application will be placed on the waiting list. 2.Documents required for booth application: (1)One copy of the application form with application. (2)One copy of bank receipt of down payment (US$500 per booth) First-time applicants please wait for the show organizer s information of the booth availability before making the down payment. (3)One copy of company s product catalogue or website homepage link. 4 PARTICIPATION PARTICIPATION 1.Space allocation priority based on: a.number of booth(s) b.years of attendance ( ). Any non-attended year counted as the discontinuous attendance credits, and the year of attendance should be count from zero. c.date of application *Taipei AMPA starts to add up years of attendance as one of the conditions to fairly determine the priority of the space allocation from The years of attendance counts only the continuously exhibit years. The organizer will inform each exhibitors attendance record by . Should you have any questions about the record, please contact the organizer to confirm it. 2.The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to determine the number and location of booth(s) for each exhibitor. If booths are fully booked before the submission of application, the application will be placed on the waiting list. 3.The entire allocation process will be conducted through by allocation priority based upon the conditions above. 4.Any individual exhibitor could not assign or request to stay the same booth location every year. The booth space arrangement should depend on the situation of the booth application. 5.Minors under 12 years of age or 150 cm of height are not admitted to showground. 6.No retail on site. 7.The organizer does not act as a sponsor for exhibitor entry visa applications. 3

5 BOOTH RENTALS (VAT included) Booth Location Raw Space Shell Scheme Notes Facing Main Aisle US$2,215 US$2,415 Regular* US$2,030 US$2,230 Remarks: 1.A Regular booth is the one not facing a main aisle. All of the booths size are 9 sqm. Booth rental includes 110V/500W electricity free of charge daily during the show dates. A shell scheme booth includes: partition walls, carpet, 3 spotlights, 3 folding chairs, 1 information counter, 1 round table, 1 company name fascia, 3 shelves, 1 socket(500v/5a) and 1 waste basket. 2.The location of booth(s) cannot be designated by the applicants on the application form, and it will be decided according to the final result of booth allocation. 3.Each booth, no matter raw space or shell scheme, will be provided with 110V/500W electricity free of charge during the show dates. Additional power supply and drainage will be at exhibitor s expense. 4.The raw space booth is without partition, carpet, or any display facilities. Booth facilities are available on a rental basis from the official contractor. 5.The fascia board of each individual booth should list only the company name in the application form. Brand name and the abbreviation of the company name are not allowed. (company name is requested, brand name is optional) 4

6 PAYMENT SCHEDULE 1.After the application is confirmed, the organizer will notify applicants of down payment (US$500 per booth). The down payment or booth balance already paid is not refunded, transferred to other shows or participants, or credited to later Taipei AMPA events. 2.Down payment or full payment must be made before space allocation. Assigned location and balance due will be confirmed after space allocation. 3.All payment should be made by telegraphic transfer (T/T). Please inform the organizer after the payment is made. It will take 3-5 days for confirming the bill. If Taiwanese agent is the payer, please refer to the amount calculated after the exchange rate. 5
