It is to be held on 26 October 2016 at the Centre for Modern Languages and Human Sciences, University Malaysia Pahang, Pekan Campus. We invite you to join us at UMP, Pekan Campus as this conference provides your organization with the opportunity to showcase your products and/or services to more than 400 teachers from schools all over Pahang. 2 C. Exhibition Booth Information Booth space is 8 feet x 6 feet and the fee is RM including GST per booth space. The GST is RM7.20 per booth space. SPELT-C 2016 provides only the following per booth: 1. Table (6 x 2 ): 2 units 2. Plastic chair: 2 units 3. One power point will be given. You are required to provide your own extra power cables. 4. All applications for participation shall be made on this participation form and shall be submitted to SPELT-C SPELT-C 2016 shall reserve the right to accept or refuse any application without disclosing any reasons thereof. 1. SPELT-C 2016 shall allocate the space in accordance with the nature of displays or in any manner they deem fit. 2. Exhibitors are only allowed to bring the items that are listed in the participation form. Any damage caused by the exhibitor to other exhibitors or common property shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors must complete the setup of their display by the time stipulated by SPELT-C Exhibitors shall bear all expenses and be responsible for the transport of exhibits to and from the conference venue. 4. SPELT-C 2016 shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft or damage of exhibits at the display area during the event. SPELT-C 2016 shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to Exhibitor s employees or property from any cause whatsoever and or for any loss sustained by the exhibitor directly or indirectly attributable to the cancellation, suspension or reduction of duration of the scheduled event. 5. The failure to object to any breach of any clause herein by SPELT-C 2016 shall not constitute agreement to modification of this agreement or a waiver of any subsequent breach of such clause. 6. In the event the exhibitor cancel their registration for the booth, no refund will be made. 3

4 E. Exhibitor Check-In and Badge A registration badge will be distributed to up to two individuals for each registered Exhibitor. The badge is not transferable. Lending badges or bringing in unauthorized persons will not be permitted. The check-in schedule is as follows: Exhibitor Registration Tuesday (25/10/16): 2:30-4:30 p.m. Exhibitor Registration Wednesday (26/10/16): 7:30 a.m. Set Up Exhibitors may begin setting up at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday 26/10/16. All exhibits must be in place by 8:00 a.m. Exhibit Hours Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors are also cordially invited for the Closing Ceremony. Exhibits can be cleared at 5:00 p.m. DECLARATION I understand that while UMP takes due precaution in the safety of the event participants, UMP shall not be liable or held accountable in any way for any accidents or mishaps that occur during the event. I agree that I shall be responsible for my own safety during the event. I have read all the information with respect to this event and confirm that I agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out herein as well as all the safety requirements of UMP.
