The event, held at Delhi's Vigyan Shawan, was attended only by three of the 10 invitees. As the PM delivered his address, nearly 30 activists staged a protest outside the venue. "The Right to nformation is not only about the right to know but also about the right to question. People should have a right to question the government. This is the foundation of democracy. Also, did the PMO arrange for special refreshments in some separate enclave of Vigyan Shavan for invitees that it deemed were more important than others. 7. Did the Principal Secretary to PM and the National Security Advisor attend this event. if not, then, kindly provide the reason as to why not. 8. Who was the PMO officer in charge of organizing and conducting this event. Was this officer the first choice or did this duty fall upon him because the original officer selected was busy.
