Ram Pyari Devi Jaju etc. 2. Vide reply dated July 23, 2013, the CPIO denied the information sought by the appellant stating that the desired information was related to third party, involved commercial confidence and was held with them in fiduciary capacity therefore could not be given u/s 8(1)(d), (e) & (j) of the RTI Act, Not satisfied with the reply given by the CPIO concerned, the appellant preferred an appeal dated July 30, 2013 to the first appellate authority (FAA) alleging that she had been wrongly denied the requisite information. No order had been passed by the FAA in this case. 1
