3 Duties of Responsibilities shall be: POST Estate Deputy Estate Project / Junior DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Overall responsible for proper maintenance and security of the complex. Responsible for arranging shift duties of security guards including proper check at entry points. To receive complaints/enquiries from the occupants in respect of maintenance and security related matters and get the same attended to in a timely and effective manner and ensure immediate action but in any case within 24 hours. General Maintenance work - To keep the Township in order and to make sure that all the systems i.e. Plumbing, Electrical, Heating etc. remain in working order. Proper upkeep of Horticulture and landscaping work in the complex. Arrange inspection of houses by prospective allottees Maintenance of the keys/ key register of vacant houses. Act as a Liaison Officer between occupant/allottees and department (Allotment Office). Submission of weekly / monthly status reports in r/o complaints. Prepare reports of houses got vacated & submission to the department within 3 days of vacation for taking further action. Such other duties prescribed from time to time in respect of development, maintenance and security of complex including EWS quarters. General upkeep and maintenance of Horticulture, landscape, trees, plants in the complex. Any other duty assigned by the Engineer Incharge / Estate, NBCC in connection with upkeep / maintenance / beautification of the complex.
