1 NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT AS STOCK AUDITOR Assam Gramin Vikash Bank invites applications from the eligible/interested professionals/firms of professionals for empanelment as Stock Auditor of the Bank for conducting stock audit of the clients of the Bank. Terms and conditions for empanelment and procedure for application/selection are furnished in Annexure-II. 2 Annexure-II TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EMPANELMENT AND PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION/SELECTION i).the professional expert should not be over 65 years of age. ii) The professional expert depending upon their respective area of specialization should be a,member/fellow of (a) Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (b)institute of Costs & Works Accountants of India iii) He should be empanelled for at least 3 years with any of the following institutions/organizations. (a) Supreme Court of India (b) High Court of respective states (c) Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (d) Reserve Bank of India (e) Public Sector Banks and Financial Institutions iv) A professional expert should be an Income Tax assessee. v)the Bank will obtain credentials of professional experts before inclusion/renewal of any name in the panel from the institutions/organizations with whom he is already empanelled. vi)selection as an empanelled professional will not confer upon them any right to get an assignment. vii) In respect of professional/firms of professional, which are not being selected, no communication will be sent by the bank and no further correspondence will be entertained. viii)if there is any change in the constitution of the firm,it shall be informed to the Bank immediately for record

PAN with date (Photo copy of the both sides of the PAN Card be enclosed). 12 Whether willing to undertake Stock Audit work of the Bank/ Bank s clients on Bank s Terms Yes / No 13 Whether belongs to SC / ST / OBC 14 If already in Bank s (AGVB) panel as statutory auditor/concurrent auditor, brief resume of Bank s works handled (A separate sheet containing the write up, duly signed by the CA may be attached.). 15 Any other relevant information / particulars, the applicant wishes to furnish (A separate sheet may be enclosed). 5 Note : 1. If the Application is made in the name of a Firm of Chartered Accountants, then the following additional information / papers / particulars are to be furnished: a) Separate individual Bio data Sheets of all the present key Partners / Associates of the firm apart from the Bio data Sheet of the firm which will inter alia include information about the year of Establishment of the Firm and the initial first Partners / Associates at the time of its establishment as a firm. b) If the firm is a partnership firm, the deed of the firm and if registered, the no., date & the place of registration. 2. The application for the empanelment is to be submitted in the letter head of the applicant Chartered Accountants/Firm of Chartered Accountants to Head office enclosing therewith the Bio-data and other information and particulars as per the above format which is to be filled in neatly, preferably computer written and be duly signed (full signature) by the applicant along with all testimonials, certificates, mark sheets, papers, etc. as indicated herein above.
