4 TERMS & CONDITIONS A PURPOSE: 1. State Bank of India, Delhi Circle is maintaining a panel of Valuers in which the names of firms found suitable are included. This Panel serves the general purpose of suggesting the name(s) of suitable firms/ persons to intending branches for their selection of Valuers. 2. It should how ever, be noted that the reports prepared by Valuers may not be considered binding on the Bank for any decision making or otherwise. 3. The Bank can depanel any name at its sole discretion even before the next renewal without assigning any reason or intimation to the Valuer. 4. Payment of charges / fee structure may differ for different assignments and shall be advised at the time of allocation of work. The Bank also reserves the right to change the payment structure from time to time without intimation. B. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. The names and addresses of the clients and particulars of assignments completed / undertaken for them should be clearly mentioned. This will be treated by the bank as confidential. 2. The Bank desires that the Valuers on its panel should not use name of the Bank on their stationery / letter heads or use the Bank s name for obtaining new assignments. Contravention of its condition might lead to the firm s name being delisted from the panel. 3. The consultant firm should treat all information that it may derive from the Bank or its client while on an assignment as strictly confidential and should not on any account divulge such information to outsiders. 4. The decision of the Bank to place a firm on its panel will be final and no correspondence will be entertained where the Bank decided not to choose a name for the panel.
