3 TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. The Card Holder will have to produce Original Privilege Card at the time of Check-in and also provide a self-attested photocopy of the same at the Reception desk. 2. The Card will be non-transferable and in no case, proxy shall be entertained; such practice may warrant legal action against the defaulter. 3. The card holder can us e the card only once in a quarter per financial year. 4. It will be obligatory for the Card Holder to avail JKTDC accommodation at-least once during lean season of each year, availing JKTDC accommodation during peak season only may lead to temporary suspension of Card forthwith at the end of the financial year and the Card can be re-instated / restored on payment of 10% of the membership fee who-so-ever wants to restore within three months of temporary suspension failing which the card shall be permanently suspended. Peak & Lean season shall be announced by the Management of JKTDC from time to time in accordance with their policies. 5. The quantum of discount during the lean season should not exceed 60% in toto, i.e. seasonal discount + discount due on Privilege Card should not exceed 60% on the Normal Tariff. 6. Privilege Cards will not entitle for discount on Package Tours, Marriage Parties/Banquet Sales, hard & soft drinks and packaged snacks. 7. Loss of card should be intimated to the issuing authority of JKTDC immediately. 8. Duplicate card(s) shall be issued against charges of Rs.250/per card. 9. Aspirants will furnish complete details (bio-data) including his family (spouse & children up to the age of 21) along with two number of recent passport size colored photographs of each member with application form (proforma shall be provided by JKTDC) with specimen signatures of each member to be recorded and attested on the said form. 10. The Card Holder will sign the Privilege Card immediately on the signature panel with a non-erasable ball point pen to avoid any misuse or other losses. 11. The Card Holder will intimate JKTDC promptly for any change(s) in his particulars recorded with the Corporation, like change in address or telephone number etc.

4 12. The Privilege card is valid in all units of Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation 13. After use & production of the card, please ensure that the card is returned to you. 14. The Privilege Card Holder shall be allowed benefits as per follows- Quantum of Discount: Class/Category Membership Period Present Discount Proposed Discount Gold Class 05 Years 20% i. 20% for booking not exceeding Rs.1.0 lacs ii. 15% for booking above Rs.1.0 lacs Lifetime 30% iii. 30% for booking not exceeding Rs.1.2 lacs iv. 25% for booking above Rs.1.2 lacs and not exceeding Rs.1.5 lacs v. 20% for booking above Rs.1.5 lac Club Class 05 Years 15% No change Lifetime 25% i. 25% for booking not exceeding Rs.0.80 lacs ii. 20% for booking above Rs.0.80 and not exceeding Rs.1.10 lac iii. 15% for booking above Rs.1.30 lac Executive Class 05 Years 15% No change Quantum of Rooms: Lifetime 20% i. 20% for booking not exceeding Rs.0.60 lacs ii. 15% for booking above Rs.0.60 lac i. Gold Class: Maximum 04 rooms per day at a particular location for a maximum of 05 consecutive days at different locations and 03 days at a single location. ii. Club Class: Maximum 03 rooms per day at a particular location for a maximum of 05 consecutive days at different locations and 03 days at a single location. iii. Executive Class: Maximum 02 rooms per day at a particular location for a maximum of 05 consecutive days at different locations and 03 days at a single location. 15. Reservation strictly as per availability of accommodation. However every effort will be made to accommodate card holders on priority

5 16. In case of cancellation/partial cancellation of booking by the card holder/s, refund shall be made as per standing cancellation policy of JKTDC. Similarly change/ rescheduling shall also be entertained as per JKTDC policy. 17. JKTDC reserves the right to accept or reject any application form without assigning any reason. 18. There will be no royalty reward given to the card holder(s). 19. For any dispute, the case will be referred to the MD JKTDC who shall be the sole arbitrator to decide the dispute and his decision shall be final and binding upon both the parties 20. JKTDC reserves the right to make changes/ amendments in the above policy from time to time without prior notice however; the members shall be intimated in such circumstances. 21. Declaration by the Card Holder: I S/O R/O do hereby declare that the particulars and information given in the application form are correct, complete and up to date in all respects and I have not concealed any information. I further agree to the terms and conditions governing the privilege card and promise/ undertake to abide by all of them.
