19 Projects Workflow Bid/Award Stage On receiving the Enquiry/Tender, Estimations/QS team reviews the tender document. Request site visit. Attendees Project Manager, QS, MEP & Arch. team. Prepare/Submission of Site Review Report. Raise RFIs Preparation of detailed offer (Proposal submission Proposal review) Contract award This is a consultation stage, the Client/Contractor has an opportunity to ask questions, determine responsibilities, fees and timeframes. Client/Consultant is available to ensure initial queries are attended to. Mobilisation Stage Kick off meeting to be conducted by the client for the Contractor to take possession of the site. Dilapidation report sent to client and landlord. + Obtain access passes + HSE induction + Site preparation + Setting up site office Preparation of initial drawings set for Landlord approval. Receive NOC letter & stamped drawings to all relevant statutory authorities to obtain statutory approvals. Proceed to Statutory Approvals This stage ensures that the compliance of the design intent is in accordance with the building/ Landlord rules, regulations & requirements. Statutory Approval Stage Relevant authorities may include Municipality/ TECOM/Trakees, Civil Defense, DEWA, etc. Period of time that the authority will take for approval may vary. No work can commence until statutory authority approvals are obtained Civil Defense Approval Municipality / TECOM / Trakhees Approval Once all statutory approvals have been obtained, the Landlord will issue permit to work. Submission for DEWA approvals Obtain DEWA approvals Landlord s Work Permit Issued This stage ensures all statutory/legal approvals have been obtained in order to commence construction works 24
